The did the job right the first time. 3) The teamwork of the crew to get things done right and safely. 4) When they came, they reviewed the underground digging issues and knew the internet cable would be cut during the stump grinding process. I'd been told by other arborists that these trees needed trimming. When I asked Scott if my trees needed trimmed he asked, "Why?". He said they were fine as they were. That saved me a huge amount of money right there. He walked around the rest of my land giving good advice, and he didn't feel the need to do many things the other arborists wanted to do. This alone was even more money savings for me. Scott was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. When we did decide what needed to be done, he sent out his crew who were very respectful and courteous.
