I recommend them to literally everyone! Not only do they have fair pricing, but they are efficient and fast too! I needed 5 trees removed because they were old and threatening our home. They had them down in one day! But the main reason I love them, is their integrity! I had ran to the store and when I got home one of the workers approached my car and stated: I'm sorry ma'am but a branch got loose and hit the side of your home. It chipped your siding but I have repaired it. He then walked me over to show me where on the house, this occurred. It was the tiniest little sliver of a crack that was perfectly repaired. I just purchased a house this year in Vancouver and had been watching large patches of leaves begin to brown and die on the large maple in front. I reached out to Roscoe Bros and Eveline replied back to me asking about my needs. She asked Andrew to come and check on the tree when he had the time, but the news was dire once he did: the maple was stricken with verticillium wilt which comes from the soil and can linger there for years. It's almost always terminal also so she recommended removing the tree and grinding the stump. They're a pretty busy team from what I can tell so I've learned that dealing with large flora happens over time so be patient (I told myself). Luckily, they had a time window coming up soon and before I knew it, my lawn contained a stump. Really sad to see that tree go and to know the maple I've always dreamed of growing will likely never happen unless I move. They subcontracted a third party come check utilities and remove the stump if you choose to do so. Krieger's reached out within a few days and before I could blink the stump was just chips. (Yes, all this can happen unsupervised if you're okay with it.) Billing gets rolled into one payment which is so much better for my record keeping. It was under $900 which is reasonable considering how large the tree was. Professional all the way down. They can even pick out a tree for you and deliver / plant it, but I was able to find one that was almost mature from Big Trees Now in Hillsboro so I went that way. I would use Roscoe Bros again in a heartbeat if I had more than just this one tree! read more

hired Roscoe Brothers to prune 2 large and 2 mid size and one small maple trees of different types, and 16 fully mature arborvitae. They had not been pruned for 3 years. We wanted them but back but properly shaped so that they would not be damaged, would look good initially, and maintain health and good appearance. I have used different firms over the past 40 years. I rate this firm the best overall. I received 5 bids. Roscoe was in the middle of the pack, but demonstrated the strongest knowledge of what would be involved when they came to our home to see the site so they could build their bid. When they came, they were on time and fully equipped to deal with the work at hand, including a difficult uphill slope on which all but two of the Arborvitae are located. They spent a good deal of time stepping back and looking at their work as they proceeded, making sure that the results were balanced and sufficiently cleaned out. The end result was like having a good haircut after letting the hair go for a long time without a trim. Very clean and professional results. They cleaned up all of the debris, chipped it up on site and hauled it off. It took about five and a half hours, with the crew size varying depending on task between three and seven. The crew clearly took pride in a good result. No negative issues at all. Am glad to recommend them. read more
