I recommend them to literally everyone! Not only do they have fair pricing, but they are efficient and fast too! I needed 5 trees removed because they were old and threatening our home. They had them down in one day! But the main reason I love them, is their integrity! I had ran to the store and when I got home one of the workers approached my car and stated: I'm sorry ma'am but a branch got loose and hit the side of your home. It chipped your siding but I have repaired it. He then walked me over to show me where on the house, this occurred. It was the tiniest little sliver of a crack that was perfectly repaired. I said to him: "oh my gosh, I would have never even noticed that." I laughed and added: "If you hadn't told me, I would have never known!" And before the gentleman could answer his boss walked behind us and said: "That's not how we work, we will always tell our customers about any incident " .... I was SO IMPRESSED that I will always use them and ALWAYS recommend them. And this happened back in 2017. I still tell everyone to use them and everyone that has, has had the same 5star quality work. They are a fantastic family owned business! read more

We postponed our project, but had the good fortune of meeting with John from Roscoe Brothers Tree Service. John was very professional and friendly. Their family has over 70 years of collective experience in tree removal, care and planting. He pointed out things that we hadn't considered and even checked our tree for squirrels' nests. I would not hesitate to call Roscoe Brothers for any tree related need. read more

We had a giant red oak in the front yard - 80 feet tall and 120 feet wide - and Andrew, their arborist, was very thoughtful and knowledgable, and gave us by far the best advice of any other tree company we talked to. He explained to us in depth the best way to prune it back to reduce its size while preserving the health of the tree The tree was beautiful after they finished pruning it, plus they left the surrounding area immaculate! Roscoe Bros. truly is a quality company. They take great care to do the best work for the health of the tree at a reasonable price. read more

I just purchased a house this year in Vancouver and had been watching large patches of leaves begin to brown and die on the large maple in front. I reached out to Roscoe Bros and Eveline replied back to me asking about my needs. She asked Andrew to come and check on the tree when he had the time, but the news was dire once he did: the maple was stricken with verticillium wilt which comes from the soil and can linger there for years. It's almost always terminal also so she recommended removing the tree and grinding the stump. They're a pretty busy team from what I can tell so I've learned that dealing with large flora happens over time so be patient (I told myself). Luckily, they had a time window coming up soon and before I knew it, my lawn contained a stump. Really sad to see that tree go and to know the maple I've always dreamed of growing will likely never happen unless I move. They subcontracted a third party come check utilities and remove the stump if you choose to do so. Krieger's reached out within a few days and before I could blink the stump was just chips. (Yes, all this can happen unsupervised if you're okay with it.) Billing gets rolled into one payment which is so much better for my record keeping. It was under $900 which is reasonable considering how large the tree was. Professional all the way down. They can even pick out a tree for you and deliver / plant it, but I was able to find one that was almost mature from Big Trees Now in Hillsboro so I went that way. I would use Roscoe Bros again in a heartbeat if I had more than just this one tree! read more

Great service. They listed to what you are wanting and offer suggestions that are sensible. Value is great and they follow through on what they say they will do. The team is considerate of surroundings and they leave the grounds very clean and free of debris can't recommend them enough. read more

We just moved to Vancouver from Phoenix. I had John come out to look at our trees and vegetation to see what needed to be taken care of. Numerous things were planted too close to the house and fence causing issues. He gave us a great estimate so we hired his team. This group gets an A+. They were wonderful to deal with, involved us in decisions, and made our yards look great. If you need tree service, these are the guys to hire. read more

These guys are amazing. Fast, professional, and every so clean. Only evidence of them being here is that our 4 birch trees are gone , but they had to go. Definitely recommend these guys. They are busy but will get you in. Definitely worth the wait and very reasonable for the cost. read more

hired Roscoe Brothers to prune 2 large and 2 mid size and one small maple trees of different types, and 16 fully mature arborvitae. They had not been pruned for 3 years. We wanted them but back but properly shaped so that they would not be damaged, would look good initially, and maintain health and good appearance. I have used different firms over the past 40 years. I rate this firm the best overall. I received 5 bids. Roscoe was in the middle of the pack, but demonstrated the strongest knowledge of what would be involved when they came to our home to see the site so they could build their bid. When they came, they were on time and fully equipped to deal with the work at hand, including a difficult uphill slope on which all but two of the Arborvitae are located. They spent a good deal of time stepping back and looking at their work as they proceeded, making sure that the results were balanced and sufficiently cleaned out. The end result was like having a good haircut after letting the hair go for a long time without a trim. Very clean and professional results. They cleaned up all of the debris, chipped it up on site and hauled it off. It took about five and a half hours, with the crew size varying depending on task between three and seven. The crew clearly took pride in a good result. No negative issues at all. Am glad to recommend them. read more

The absolute BEST tree service in Vancouver!!! What an amazing experience!! Andrew Skeels came by and assessed the condition of my beloved Fir Trees and found some very concerning defects in the tallest one that I had no clue even had an issue. To my surprise, my home and family were in danger of my 140' Fir Tree failing and possibly falling on my home at really any time. I had no idea. I will be eternally grateful that an actual certified arborist was so easily available to assess my trees, who would have thought? Roscoe Brothers made efficient work of removal of this potentially failing tree in a matter of days and cleaned up beyond my expectations! It's like they were never there!! I will definitely hire them again and recommend their service to anyone and everyone, ask for Andrew!! read more

We have used Roscoe Brothers several times, over the past decade, and always been extremely happy with their work. They managed to save our old maple, when other arborists had told us it was doomed. They do a top notch job, and we would never used anyone else! It takes a while to be seen by them, but it's worth the wait! Mary and Andy Todd read more

Talk about top quality customer service! Polite, patient, professional in every possible way. You might expect people in this job area to be a little rough-barked, but not ROSCOE BROS. I've heard disc jockey's on classical stations introduce a Brahms lullaby with a less appealing demeanor. Oh, and they are reasonable as to price too. These are your guys. read more

I can't enough great things about the amazing work done by this crew. The work was so expertly done that the previous owners as well as the neighbors have said that you would never guess there was a hundred plus foot tree in my front yard. Everything was done with efficiency as well as cleaning up afterwards. Even the rocks that were at the base of the elevated front yard was replaced to the point where you'd never guess it was moved. Lloyd and Rett were there to answer the many questions that I had. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful company. read more

We have used Roscoe Brothers for years, the most recent time in September 2016 to take out two backyard trees. We do not even bother to get competitive bids anymore, these folks are so good. They are punctual, efficient, and have a very personable and customer-oriented crew. Clean-up is excellent. Last week they took out a neighbor's tree on our property line that we helped pay for. Not only did they clean up all of his property, but all of ours as well where any elements of the (former) tree could have been seen. Very highly recommended. read more

Wow. We had an exceptional experience with this company. We've had him do two projects for us, both top work. Most recently, he came in with a competitive price, beating the other bid that we got. He did great work -- quick and complete. He subbed out the stump grinding, and when the stump grinder tripped a water line, he came out himself and repaired it. Never had to call him. Highly recommend. read more
