That said, if you…read moreend up in the position where you may need to write such a type of review, this is the business you want. We had a very unpleasant situation in our home that required professional assistance to remediate. A friend of mine highly recommended this business and absolutely glowed about the experience that she had in a similarly unpleasant situation with her home. The staff was so friendly, understanding, and helpful from start to finish that I cannot recommend them enough. I will say they are a smaller family business and so once or twice I had to call a second time to be able to get through to somebody, but this was simply because they were working through their callbacks and not because they didn't care enough to call back. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and it came with a guarantee that they would come back and retreat if we had an issue after their treatment. They gave very clear and detailed preparation instructions that made all the difference in the efficacy of the treatment. I was extremely worried about the situation that we had, but we were able to handle the entire thing with one treatment and it has now been months with no follow up issues. I would also like to note that they did not try to upsell me at all. We were able to talk through the specifics of my situation to find the right balance between over and under treating. In the end, I felt extremely comfortable with the treatment choice that we selected and the information they were able to share after doing the treatment. Again, I hope that you never need to write one of these reviews. However, if you do, absolutely 100% this is the business that you're looking for. And you can tell them that I sent you!

When the rains finally stopped, Lisa confirmed the intended day, the crew showed up on time, they made sure I was happy with the layout and encouraged me to share opinions to make sure I was happy. The crew was respectful, kind and very knowledgeable. Price was reasonable considering the mess they had to clean up and there isn't a day I'm not standing outside admiring our flowers!!

They had me scheduled within two business days, which was great because by trying to take care of the situation myself I had actually made the problem much worse. Really could not have asked for a nicer person to work with and he shared some great stories about other jobs he had done. I felt they charged a fair price for the work and they even offered a 30 day guarantee. I would definitely recommend them and can't wait for their YouTube channel to start up!

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring this company for lawn mowing, snowplowing and fixing up…read moremy landscaping beds. I was very disappointed in their quality of work and professionalism. In my opinion it was a very bad experience. They were supposed to trim all my bushes and trees. They forgot to trim several of them and the others were done haphazardly. They ripped out flowers that were perennials because they thought they were weeds. Many areas were missing weed barrier, even though it was in the contract. The company admitted that the job needed more mulch, but because they underbid the job and was losing money, they would not provide any more mulch. They also admitted that their workers were new and not properly trained. In my opinion they harassed us for more money because they could not estimate the job properly. The owner continously told us of a toll bill for $1800 he owed to gain our sympathy. The owner assured us that he had arborists working for him but this statement appears to be false looking at the completed project. For snowplowing, they had to be constantly called and asked when they were coming out. The company provided an expired certificate of insurance to trick me into signing a contract. They tried to tell me that a car insurance certificate would be just as good. I have a copy of the car insurance certificate the company gave me. This company has had numerous people complain about their snowplowing service, but they delete all of their negative comments and 1 star reviews off of their social media pages. This company was hired by my elderly neighbor to cut her grass. She is 90 years old and has a hard time seeing and hearing. She paid them a lot of money. They rarely show up to cut her grass. They never even provided her with a receipt for her money or a contract. Her family had to get involved to help her. They refused to bag the grass clippings after they cut my lawn even though the contract stated they would. The grass looked atrocious with all the loose grass on it. The company canceled my contract and wanted to give it to his friend. He was going to pay him a fraction of what I paid him and keep the rest for himself. The pictures submitted with this review is how this company actually left my lawn. When I explained to them that is was unacceptable they proceeded to cancel my grasscutting contract. Most businesses when they get negative reviews they get upset and do everything in their power to have the reviews removed. Instead businesses should look at the negative reviews as a learning tool to improve their business and their employees. People really do not want to put down local businesses but they most certainly do not want to be taken advantage of. In response to the owner's comments: The fictitious accusations that this company has made instead of responding to the actual problems with his company should tell you everything you need to know about who you would be hiring
