They dispatched a young men named RHAZEL WRIGHT who is an incredibly nice young man who knows the business of pest control. He explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He treated inside the house and inspected around the exterior of our home. He found the location where the ants were coming from and applied a treatment. Several days later we observed that our ant problem was solved. And the price of the service was very fair. This company is so responsive, we often are speachless in our admiration, but this time we could…read morenot stand silent. Our chihuahua found something white and sticky in our backyard in early evening, and while we got Sannt to drop it before he swallowed any of it (we thought), we still worried that it might be something poisonous. We called Ashland, which had positioned a handful of rat traps in the corners of our yard (we live in the city near its prime bar district). We called Ashland's emergency line and, within 15 minutes, Vincent (an Ashland Technician) called and assured us it was not what had been placed in the traps. He had us text him a photo to verify. Just a great, reasonable local service, which (BTW) has altered the frequency of their visits and number of traps multiple times at our request, without complaint.
