They had me scheduled within two business days, which was great because by trying to take care of the situation myself I had actually made the problem much worse. Jeff came out in his bee suit and had the nest removed and area sprayed in no time. Really could not have asked for a nicer person to work with and he shared some great stories about other jobs he had done. I felt they charged a fair price for the work and they even offered a 30 day guarantee. I would definitely recommend them and can't wait for their YouTube channel to start up!

Within 24 hours of committing the first traps were set for a skunk/s that had moved in under my shed. Over the course of a week two little stinkers were caught humanly and picked up within a few hours of my notification that someone was in the trap. I'd recommend this local family owned business.

Ken and Eric did the most thorough examination of our property which is what we had hoped the others would do. The looked everywhere and then were able to determine possible points of entry--and I mean everywhere. OMG! Yellow jackets in my soffit, and tiny "clicking" sounds in the inside wall behind it! I called…read moreseveral places who tried to sell me everything BUT immediate yellow jacket eradication, offered to spray my entire yard for ALL insects, and told me the best they could do was "sometime next week"! THEN I CALLED PEST Rx. (It was very late afternoon by this time) Chad from Pest Rx said he'd be there by "9AM tomorrow", after first making sure the critters were not IN the house. Next AM, arrived on time, sprayed the powdered chemical in the places where he could see them entering THREE TIMES, to make sure he was getting it in deep enough, and came into the house between sprays to listen at the wall. When we heard the crazy buzzing in the wall after #3, he was satisfied he got them all. All of this cost $50 to $150 LESS than the prices I was given by any of the other places I called, and NO MORE YELLOW JACKETS! (The buzzing was weird, but as it got quieter and then stopped, I felt a whole lot safer and happier.) It's been at least 2 weeks, and there are NO yellow jackets swarming around the nest location. I will ALWAYS call PEST Rx first. Not only did he do the job the first time, but he checked back with me by phone the next day to make sure it was all good. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need, and best of all (to me) he thoroughly EXPLAINED everything he did and WHY he did it. I'd give him 10 stars if this site would let me! Deb K. He is also NYS certified to use these chemicals. When he showed up is where the problems started. First of all, he pulled up in an unmarked SUV, and I thought he was a friend of the neighbors. Then, when he came into the house, he used the little syringe type of dispensers to place the chemicals on the corner of the windows. Guess what, the ants come from other places as well. Anyways, then he went outside and sprayed. Great. He then gave me a receipt and told me that in 2 months, he would call, or I could call him for re-application. That raised a red flag - who calls whom? Then he said that if we have any issues, to call him back in a week, and he would come and re-apply. Needless to say - we have issues, and 3 phone calls later, and 4 days, he has yet to call back. I give up, and am moving on. Chalking this up to a loss.
