I contacted your…read morecompany two months later because we thought it would take several weeks for the treatment to work. We paid what you quoted, didn't ask for discounts or anything special but expected a professional response to our concern. So my measly $75 didn't guarantee anything. The hornets would swam out of the nest. We ended up calling Pro Star and they were great. The two guys who came were very friendly and clearly explained what they were going to do. They came right away and treated four spots on our house. One under our deck that I tried to take care of myself with no luck and three under the roof. One treatment and all the pests were gone. Hopefully next year is better but if they come back I would call Pro Star again.

They had me scheduled within two business days, which was great because by trying to take care of the situation myself I had actually made the problem much worse. Jeff came out in his bee suit and had the nest removed and area sprayed in no time. Really could not have asked for a nicer person to work with and he shared some great stories about other jobs he had done. I felt they charged a fair price for the work and they even offered a 30 day guarantee. I would definitely recommend them and can't wait for their YouTube channel to start up!

Within 24 hours of committing the first traps were set for a skunk/s that had moved in under my shed. The office got back to me right away to setup a service and the service technician, Ben, came out the following week. Ben arrived right on time and very throughly explained everything he was doing and why. I will say the services were pricier than I was expecting, and I probably went a little overboard requesting service for a few ants, but it gave me peace of mind. I will definitely call Eco Services again next time I need pest services - from start to finish the entire team was kind and helpful.

Turns out it was just because it was after hours, not due to no availability. We figured out a time and the owner came out to spray. It was quick and he said we'd only pay if it worked so he'd check back with us in a week or so. He took NO PAYMENT at the time of service, which really impressed me. It's a local business and I'm sure needs to be paid for all their time and expertise, but he was willing to bank on his product and service. Well IT DID WORK! No more bees trying to invade my home. We'd definitely use them again. And the pricing wasn't too bad $198. Could've been worse. 100% recommend

THEN I CALLED PEST Rx. (It was very late afternoon by this time) Chad from Pest Rx said he'd be there by "9AM tomorrow", after first making sure the critters were not IN the house. Next AM, arrived on time, sprayed the powdered chemical in the places where he could see them entering THREE TIMES, to make sure he was getting it in deep enough, and came into the house between sprays to listen at the wall. When we heard the crazy buzzing in the wall after #3, he was satisfied he got them all. All of this cost $50 to $150 LESS than the prices I was given by any of the other places I called, and NO MORE YELLOW JACKETS! (The buzzing was weird, but as it got quieter and then stopped, I felt a whole lot safer and happier.) It's been at least 2 weeks, and there are NO yellow jackets swarming around the nest location. I will ALWAYS call PEST Rx first. Not only did he do the job the first time, but he checked back with me by phone the next day to make sure it was all good. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need, and best of all (to me) he thoroughly EXPLAINED everything he did and WHY he did it. I'd give him 10 stars if this site would let me! Deb K.
