I sent over some photos of the pesky bugs we had upstairs, and immediately I got a response with what type of creature it was, where they likely came from, and how we would need to get rid of them. Making the appointment was a breeze, and I spoke with 3 different people from the team, all extremely friendly and professional. I really enjoyed chatting with Mark while making my appointment. Vinny was our exterminator, and was beyond respectful and friendly. He explained everything to us, gave us our options, and never tried to push any other services or anything like that. He gets extra points for complimenting our kitties! We received our invoice maybe 2 hours after the service, which was extremely detailed and laid out nicely, so you know exactly what you paid for.
