Can't say enough good things about this company. I left a message about a yellowjacket nest in my…read morebasement wall and received a call back by the end of the day. They had me scheduled within two business days, which was great because by trying to take care of the situation myself I had actually made the problem much worse. Jeff came out in his bee suit and had the nest removed and area sprayed in no time. Really could not have asked for a nicer person to work with and he shared some great stories about other jobs he had done. I felt they charged a fair price for the work and they even offered a 30 day guarantee. I would definitely recommend them and can't wait for their YouTube channel to start up!

Within 24 hours of committing the first traps were set for a skunk/s that had moved in under my shed. Over the course of a week two little stinkers were caught humanly and picked up within a few hours of my notification that someone was in the trap. I'd recommend this local family owned business.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY! Ok, so at first I thought everything would be great, he claims to use…read moreenvironmentally safe treatments, his pricing is reasonable, and he called me back within 2 hours of a message being left. He is also NYS certified to use these chemicals. When he showed up is where the problems started. First of all, he pulled up in an unmarked SUV, and I thought he was a friend of the neighbors. Then, when he came into the house, he used the little syringe type of dispensers to place the chemicals on the corner of the windows. Guess what, the ants come from other places as well. Anyways, then he went outside and sprayed. Great. He then gave me a receipt and told me that in 2 months, he would call, or I could call him for re-application. That raised a red flag - who calls whom? Then he said that if we have any issues, to call him back in a week, and he would come and re-apply. Needless to say - we have issues, and 3 phone calls later, and 4 days, he has yet to call back. I give up, and am moving on. Chalking this up to a loss. Next time I will use a credit card so that way when someone doesn't show up like promised, I can dispute the transaction. Thanks for nothing JAMES!

I called Eco Serve because I saw some ants in the kitchen when I moved into my new house and wanted…read moreto treat the area before it became a bigger problem. The office got back to me right away to setup a service and the service technician, Ben, came out the following week. Ben arrived right on time and very throughly explained everything he was doing and why. I will say the services were pricier than I was expecting, and I probably went a little overboard requesting service for a few ants, but it gave me peace of mind. I will definitely call Eco Services again next time I need pest services - from start to finish the entire team was kind and helpful.

Let me start by saying that this is the review you never want to have to write. That said, if you…read moreend up in the position where you may need to write such a type of review, this is the business you want. We had a very unpleasant situation in our home that required professional assistance to remediate. A friend of mine highly recommended this business and absolutely glowed about the experience that she had in a similarly unpleasant situation with her home. The staff was so friendly, understanding, and helpful from start to finish that I cannot recommend them enough. I will say they are a smaller family business and so once or twice I had to call a second time to be able to get through to somebody, but this was simply because they were working through their callbacks and not because they didn't care enough to call back. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and it came with a guarantee that they would come back and retreat if we had an issue after their treatment. They gave very clear and detailed preparation instructions that made all the difference in the efficacy of the treatment. I was extremely worried about the situation that we had, but we were able to handle the entire thing with one treatment and it has now been months with no follow up issues. I would also like to note that they did not try to upsell me at all. We were able to talk through the specifics of my situation to find the right balance between over and under treating. In the end, I felt extremely comfortable with the treatment choice that we selected and the information they were able to share after doing the treatment. Again, I hope that you never need to write one of these reviews. However, if you do, absolutely 100% this is the business that you're looking for. And you can tell them that I sent you!

We hired Weedman for a 5 treatment plan, 2 weed control and 3 fertilizer treatments. We were told…read morethis does not harm children, pets, existing plants or flowers. We paid for the plan in full. We scheduled the first treatment of weed control. He came and did the treatment and left. All looked fine didn't see any weeds dying immediately but within 2 days we saw some weeds start to wilt. We also noticed that our 7 year old (only 6ft) Japanese maple tree leaves are starting to wilt. In the next few days the bottom leaves on the tree started turning brown and over the next week and half the entire tree turned brown. We called Weed Man and they came to check it out. They said their treatment likely didn't cause this that possibly the tree was diseased. So we took a sample of the tree to the Nursery where we purchased it and asked if they could examine it. They said they could and kept the samples, calling us later to tell us the tree was not diseased and was caused by a chemical. We let Weed Man know this, the manager came out again, told my husband and myself they would replace the tree and to get an estimate. They also wanted to take another sample so they can see what caused it. The Mgr. from Weed Man called me back saying they could not determine from their testing what caused it but they will replace the tree. We provided the estimate for $781.91 for the tree replacement. I received a call from them a few days after that from the manager stating 'The boss came in to sign checks and refused to sign yours. He still doesn't believe it was caused by us' He not only would not replace the tree that we confirmed was caused by the chemicals and was not diseased but he was extremely rude. So we have a dead tree in our front lawn through no fault of our own, that now has to be removed by 2 senior citizens or we can pay to have someone remove it out of our pocket after paying for this treatment.
