If you are looking for an exterminator, you're in the right place and should definitely give these guys a chance. Not only were they recommended to me, but they are the only page on Yelp with 5 stars. Firstly, they are extremely responsive and explain every detail of anything you are experiencing. I sent over some photos of the pesky bugs we had upstairs, and immediately I got a response with what type of creature it was, where they likely came from, and how we would need to get rid of them. Making the appointment was a breeze, and I spoke with 3 different people from the team, all extremely friendly and professional. I really enjoyed chatting with Mark while making my appointment. Vinny was our exterminator, and was beyond respectful and friendly. He explained everything to us, gave us our options, and never tried to push any other services or anything like that. He gets extra points for complimenting our kitties! We received our invoice maybe 2 hours after the service, which was extremely detailed and laid out nicely, so you know exactly what you paid for. Overall our experience was great, and I will definitely reach back out to them if we ever have any other issues. This is a great family business I plan on continuing to support. read more

I called Eco Serve because I saw some ants in the kitchen when I moved into my new house and wanted to treat the area before it became a bigger problem. The office got back to me right away to setup a service and the service technician, Ben, came out the following week. Ben arrived right on time and very throughly explained everything he was doing and why. I will say the services were pricier than I was expecting, and I probably went a little overboard requesting service for a few ants, but it gave me peace of mind. I will definitely call Eco Services again next time I need pest services - from start to finish the entire team was kind and helpful. read more

I hate dealing with bugs (bees in this instance), but this was a very pleasant experience. I called them on a Tuesday, and they were here on a Thursday. I love being sent the photo/brief about the technician assigned to our house and his text to alert me he was 15 minutes away. The technician was very friendly and even brought biscuits for our 3 dogs. (They thought he had come to play with them) He explained what he was going to do and how; and took precautions so that there was minimal exposure to non-treated parts of the house. The day after, there is zero sign of the bees trying to nest behind our bricks. Very positive experience and I will be sure to recommend you when the opportunity arises. read more

I try to never use chemicals and sprays outside for pest problems as it not only kills beneficial insects & animals, but also infects our water sources. However, there are some times you just can't get around it. I had not one but two nests of yellow jackets under the siding of my house this past summer and tried to get rid of them myself to no avail. Finally called EcoServe after searching online and I'm glad I did. Customer service was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to send someone out in about a week and the guy that came, although very young, knew what he was doing. They don't spray around the perimeter of your house or yard unnecessarily, but target only the entry points to the nest. Within a couple days, activity at the entries was almost zero. Their service is guaranteed for 30 days so if I saw the yellow jackets again in that time period I could call and they would spray the entries a second time. The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is the price. I did think they were a little steep for the time spent at my house and amount of chemicals used, but overall I'm happy and would call them again. read more

I made the "mistake" of putting a hummingbird feeder in front of my house. It quickly turned into a yellow jacket feeder and the siding of my front door became their new home. After spending $50+ and hours of time killing the bugs with various items on my own - I decided to call the pros. I had originally cancelled my appointment with Ecoserve thinking I had the situation under control. That proved to be premature. The yellow jackets just kept coming back and eventually made their way inside my house. Ecoserve told me this would happen... The rep on the phone was very kind and informative. You get a 30 day "guarantee" which was the biggest selling point for me. Their "bug sprays" are human and dog friendly. TJ, the exterminator who came to my home was on time, also super nice and really got to understand my issue. I haven't seen a yellow jacket in my front yard since he sprayed. I was especially impressed when I received a card from Ecoserve hand signed by their entire staff congratulating me on the birth of my son. That's some impressive listening and salesmanship. There was some minor pressure to sign up for their "care" plan but they had no problem doing a one time stop for me. Quite frankly if my house keeps getting infested with flying insects I will be signing up for their recurring fee to protect my home. read more

We have a plan with Eco serve and pay monthly. They come quarterly for flying insects(bees,wasps,etc) and spiders. They always let us know when their coming and schedule it because let's face it, we all have other things to worry about! Everyone that has ever come has been very professional. They just come, introduce themselves and do their thing. They are also easy to schedule for any "breakthrough" infestations. The folks at Eco Serve from the moment I called to the technician that came out to perform the service was kind, friendly, and very helpful. We had a yellow jacket nest in the gaps of our concrete porch; as such, we were unable to use our porch because the yellow jackets were swarming all over. Eco Serve came out and took care of the problem, within days the yellow jackets were gone and did not return. We were also having some issues with carpenter bees in our shed, so the technician did a complimentary treatment of the our shed. I NEVER do reviews. But, this is one I had to do! They are truly the best. We were having a bug problem due to living with wooded area. I called Orkin, they came out and sprayed several times and stated it was only a cricket. When I was still seeing them, I gave Eco a call they came out right away described the bug (which it was not a cricket) and did what they had to do!
