They had me scheduled within two business days, which was great because by trying to take care of the situation myself I had actually made the problem much worse. Jeff came out in his bee suit and had the nest removed and area sprayed in no time. Really could not have asked for a nicer person to work with and he shared some great stories about other jobs he had done. I felt they charged a fair price for the work and they even offered a 30 day guarantee. I would definitely recommend them and can't wait for their YouTube channel to start up!

Within 24 hours of committing the first traps were set for a skunk/s that had moved in under my shed. Over the course of a week two little stinkers were caught humanly and picked up within a few hours of my notification that someone was in the trap. I'd recommend this local family owned business.

Turns out it was just because it was after hours, not due to no availability. We figured out a time and the owner came out to spray. It was quick and he said we'd only pay if it worked so he'd check back with us in a week or so. He took NO PAYMENT at the time of service, which really impressed me. It's a local business and I'm sure needs to be paid for all their time and expertise, but he was willing to bank on his product and service. Well IT DID WORK! No more bees trying to invade my home. We'd definitely use them again. And the pricing wasn't too bad $198. Could've been worse. 100% recommend

They've been bothersome to my neighbors trying to sit outside and some find their way inside my home. This year I decided to call Orkin when I saw just one bee inside my house in May, hoping to treat the issue before it became worse and more bothersome. They had availability for literally the next day to treat the entire perimeter of my home, including my attached garage AND guaranteed the treatment through December 31st. If I saw any more through the end of the year they would come back out at no charge, and I haven't seen a single bee since! ...I almost forgot to mention...the gentleman who came out was super friendly and we had a nice long chat about life in general which made me feel very happy especially since I WFH and get very little human interaction LOL!

The office got back to me right away to setup a service and the service technician, Ben, came out the following week. Ben arrived right on time and very throughly explained everything he was doing and why. I will definitely call Eco Services again next time I need pest services - from start to finish the entire team was kind and helpful.

He is also NYS certified to use these chemicals. When he showed up is where the problems started. First of all, he pulled up in an unmarked SUV, and I thought he was a friend of the neighbors. Then, when he came into the house, he used the little syringe type of dispensers to place the chemicals on the corner of the windows. Guess what, the ants come from other places as well. Anyways, then he went outside and sprayed. Great. He then gave me a receipt and told me that in 2 months, he would call, or I could call him for re-application. That raised a red flag - who calls whom? Then he said that if we have any issues, to call him back in a week, and he would come and re-apply. Needless to say - we have issues, and 3 phone calls later, and 4 days, he has yet to call back. I give up, and am moving on. Chalking this up to a loss. Next time I will use a credit card so that way when someone doesn't show up like promised, I can dispute the transaction. Thanks for nothing JAMES!
