Ben arrived right on time and very throughly explained everything he was doing and why. They had availability for literally the next day to treat the entire perimeter of my home, including my attached garage AND guaranteed the treatment through December 31st. If I saw any more through the end of the year they would come back out at no charge, and I haven't seen a single bee since! ...I almost forgot to mention...the gentleman who came out was super friendly and we had a nice long chat about life in general which made me feel very happy especially since I WFH and get very little human interaction LOL!

Tim, one of the exterminators, came the very same day we called in our concern. He sprayed the nest and applied a powder, this being done with a very long (20'), unwieldy device. The yellow jackets are now gone, and it seems unlikely they will return. Tim recommended we wait at least seven days and to call if they did come back. Cost was reasonable given the stress we were feeling with the yellow jackets in our home. We are very pleased with the quick response we had to our concern, and are happy to recommend Buffalo Exterminators to you.

We had a rep who turned out to be just a sales rep over one evening. The next day, another guy…read moreshowed up and showed us a proposed contract. After a long discussion, we were going to go with a different plan. The agreement was that this guy, who said his name was Jeff, was to come back Monday with a revised deal. Next thing we know, three different people were calling about getting the deal signed today or saying they were our tech. We fired them , for the second time( the first time they tried double billing). High pressure sales tactics from out of town companies immediately kills a deal. I advise do not go near these people. Find a local company. If I could, I give them a -1 star.
