"No" I said, "the No Soliciting sign." He then asks me, "are you dyslexic?" "What?!", I asked. "Are you dyslexic? It says No Smoking", he says. "No it doesn't", I replied. "Yes it does, you bought the wrong sign", he continues. "We're done. Good bye, go away", I said as I closed the door. I couldn't believe how blatantly rude this kid was insulting me like that. I get that it can be a bit deflating to encounter a No Soliciting sign. I'd have cut him some slack if it were just an oversight and he simply said "no I didn't see it. Sorry to disturb you". I'd have respected that. I put up the sign because I get canvassed all the time. I know enough to call for help when I need it. I don't need anyone force-feeding me their services. If I have pests I can figure out who to call, but I can tell you after this experience it will never be Terminix. If their sales canvassers are this bad, I wouldn't even take a chance on their techs. These kids they hire act as if they are entitled to walk onto your property and impose themselves upon you, at least this one did. To be fair, since I have not used their services this review is admittedly superficial and I really can't do a Yelp review on the parents that raised this kid, so sorry to Terminix for taking the brunt, but you bear some responsibility for the people you choose to represent your company.

We had a very unpleasant situation in our home that required professional assistance to remediate. A friend of mine highly recommended this business and absolutely glowed about the experience that she had in a similarly unpleasant situation with her home. The staff was so friendly, understanding, and helpful from start to finish that I cannot recommend them enough. I will say they are a smaller family business and so once or twice I had to call a second time to be able to get through to somebody, but this was simply because they were working through their callbacks and not because they didn't care enough to call back. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and it came with a guarantee that they would come back and retreat if we had an issue after their treatment. They gave very clear and detailed preparation instructions that made all the difference in the efficacy of the treatment. I was extremely worried about the situation that we had, but we were able to handle the entire thing with one treatment and it has now been months with no follow up issues. I would also like to note that they did not try to upsell me at all. We were able to talk through the specifics of my situation to find the right balance between over and under treating. In the end, I felt extremely comfortable with the treatment choice that we selected and the information they were able to share after doing the treatment. Again, I hope that you never need to write one of these reviews. However, if you do, absolutely 100% this is the business that you're looking for. And you can tell them that I sent you!

They give me an explanation of all services that they are going to do and then what they did do. The technicians are polite and knowledgeable about their products they do and how they should work. They have been called to remove a yellow jacket nest about the size of a basketball. To do an extra spay to handle an increase of black ants that were all over our patio during the hot dry summer.
