Can't say enough good things about this company. I left a message about a yellowjacket nest in my…read morebasement wall and received a call back by the end of the day. They had me scheduled within two business days, which was great because by trying to take care of the situation myself I had actually made the problem much worse. Jeff came out in his bee suit and had the nest removed and area sprayed in no time. Really could not have asked for a nicer person to work with and he shared some great stories about other jobs he had done. I felt they charged a fair price for the work and they even offered a 30 day guarantee. I would definitely recommend them and can't wait for their YouTube channel to start up!

Within 24 hours of committing the first traps were set for a skunk/s that had moved in under my shed. Over the course of a week two little stinkers were caught humanly and picked up within a few hours of my notification that someone was in the trap. I'd recommend this local family owned business.

The office got back to me right away to setup a service and the service technician, Ben, came out the following week. Ben arrived right on time and very throughly explained everything he was doing and why. I will say the services were pricier than I was expecting, and I probably went a little overboard requesting service for a few ants, but it gave me peace of mind. I will definitely call Eco Services again next time I need pest services - from start to finish the entire team was kind and helpful.

The hornets would swam out of the nest. We ended up calling Pro Star and they were great. The two guys who came were very friendly and clearly explained what they were going to do. They came right away and treated four spots on our house. One under our deck that I tried to take care of myself with no luck and three under the roof. One treatment and all the pests were gone. Hopefully next year is better but if they come back I would call Pro Star again.

I called and spoke to Dan one of the owners, and he was just a great guy and genuine and open and that intrigued me, so I gave them a shot. They showed up with a two-person crew [Ricardo and Kayla], to perform a deep clean on my home. They were amazing. They took care of my home as if it was their own. When Kayla had to leave earlier than expected, one of the other owners, John showed up, and he jumped right in and really helped with my house. This shows really good character, which is most important, when you allow someone into your home. I was so impressed by their commitment, I decided to hire them for biweekly cleaning. Today was the first day. I had amazing results. Kayla, who was assigned here, is an unbelievably hard worker, and meticulous with what she does. On top of that, she's pleasant, and extremely polite. This service is not inexpensive. You pay for what you get. I've had a lot of people work on my house over the years, and it's rare when you find someone who takes pride in their work. This group wants to get it right. Hire them. You will not be disappointed.

THEN I CALLED PEST Rx. (It was very late afternoon by this time) Chad from Pest Rx said he'd be there by "9AM tomorrow", after first making sure the critters were not IN the house. Next AM, arrived on time, sprayed the powdered chemical in the places where he could see them entering THREE TIMES, to make sure he was getting it in deep enough, and came into the house between sprays to listen at the wall. When we heard the crazy buzzing in the wall after #3, he was satisfied he got them all. All of this cost $50 to $150 LESS than the prices I was given by any of the other places I called, and NO MORE YELLOW JACKETS! (The buzzing was weird, but as it got quieter and then stopped, I felt a whole lot safer and happier.) It's been at least 2 weeks, and there are NO yellow jackets swarming around the nest location. I will ALWAYS call PEST Rx first. Not only did he do the job the first time, but he checked back with me by phone the next day to make sure it was all good. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need, and best of all (to me) he thoroughly EXPLAINED everything he did and WHY he did it. I'd give him 10 stars if this site would let me! Deb K.
