The crews are always on point with their work--excellent climbers, precision cutters, and fantastic cleaners, especially given the mess that yard work produces. We have hired Robin's team several times in the past six years: to trim a massive Italian pine tree, a palm tree, and a mandarin tree at one home (during the appropriate season for each), and at a new home now, a much larger project that is being done in phases. We've just completed phase one, which included the removal of a huge Brazilian Pepper Tree, several Liquid Amber trees, a Camphor tree, the removal of shrubs/bushes, and some trimming of privacy trees. It unfortunately happened to be super hot during their last visit, and the crew somehow still didn't miss a beat! Our new neighbors praised the work of Robin's crew as well, which really says something. This company is my go-to for tree trimming, plant removal, and soon enough, new landscaping. Master Tree beat all the other quotes (blindly), including the ones from Facebook Marketplace. Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. I had two towering Cypress trees (over 26' tall) where the roots started cracking a 3' retaining…read morewall due to the trees roots (inherited with the house, I would have never planted them there for this very reason). Also, this past year, one became heavily infested with spider mites and it was starting to spread to the other tree. Moreover, it was harrowing to watch them sway back and forth in high wind events. Reluctantly, after procrastinating for months, I came to the conclusion that it would be best to remove them asap before we get any more compromising weather this fall/winter and there was an actual retaining wall breach. I called Santos and he came out the next day & as he gave me a fair price for the work, we scheduled the task for the following week. His tree cutter was careful not to compromise my internet wires that were attached to the telephone pole and when grinding the stump his crew took extra care to avoid my irrigation pipes and landscaping wire. In addition to the tree clean up, they took away some other plant debris I had accumulated getting the area ready for the tree cutting and even cut some tree branches breaching my fence line from my neighbors house which was much appreciated.
