He walked me through the process from beginning to end; first he shared they could start in the morning; two he had all the machines; three it be a his crew with a lead man named Forrest. They began at 9am and were done by 1pm. The quality of work is important- all workers were in the same color shirt; they were respectful and all worked together to clear out the forest. Have two large palm trees in my front yard I desperately needed trimmed, I used to have a different guy do it but every year they kept charging me more and more until it got kind of out of hand. I came across Charles Tree Service and figured I would give them a call for a quote. I called and Charles texted me back immediately, said that he would be able to swing by later that afternoon to take a look and offer a quote. Quote came back quite a bit less than what I was paying the previous guy (In retrospect I might have been getting a fleeced a bit, but I had worked with the previous guy for years). They called me the next day saying they would be available to come by, they trimmed the trees, shredded the debris, and cleaned the yard. I imagine the whole thing took less than an hour. Parking is always super troublesome in the area but they were able to make it work with their trucks. I also met Charles and he was super polite.
