We had a great experience with Charles Tree Service. From the very beginning, communication was fast and professional. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate, provided a fair and competitive price, and made the entire scheduling process easy. They coordinated everything and were able to get the job done much sooner than I expected. The crew did an excellent job cutting back the overgrowth of the trees around my property while carefully trimming to improve the appearance, increase clearance, and let in more light without over-pruning. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and left my yard looking much better than before. If you're looking for a tree service that is responsive, fairly priced, and delivers quality work on schedule, I highly recommend Charles Tree Service. I'll definitely be using them again for future tree maintenance. read more

This tree removal project was for my mother in law- not knowing the area or having any connections I looked to yelp. After a few quotes and checking in with my mother in law; she finally chose Charles Tree Service for the following reasons- he had the Triple BBB on his card, licensed and insured and his quote very competitive. My experience with Charles the owner first; we walked the brush/forest of trees to remove. He walked me through the process from beginning to end; first he shared they could start in the morning; two he had all the machines; three it be a his crew with a lead man named Forrest. They began at 9am and were done by 1pm. The quality of work is important- all workers were in the same color shirt; they were respectful and all worked together to clear out the forest. I'll be hiring Charles Tree Service again. read more

Four guys came out and beautifully trimmed a huge ficus, took out another large tree including stump grinding and trimmed/cleaned some large birds of paradise. Everything was beautiful and left cleaner than when they began. I highly recommend Charles tree service. read more

Charles Tree Service provided exceptional customer service, from the very first phone call I received directly from Charles, through his management of his outstanding team who worked together efficiently to trim and clean up our two very tall queen palm trees. They even skimmed the debris from the pool surface, and left everything as clean as it was when they arrived. They also offered a very competitive price. I called Charles on a recent Friday afternoon and he was already at my house quoting by Monday morning. He said his team had an opening after lunch so the work was already done the same day! Thank You Charles Tree Service! You have trimmed my Palms for the past 10 Years. You are always professional, affordable & do an amazing job. Appreciate You & Your crew read more

We repeated our previous job from 4 years ago. The trees had put on a lot of timber and we trimmed quite severely. The quote was prompt and the job scheduled quickly and done on time. The price was markedly higher but since I did not another bid I cannot state it was too high, given the large inflation and that the trees were bigger. I feel it was done properly. The way the trees did so well after the first one said that (and that some winters were wet). read more

Fantastic company! They were referred by our realtor and wow I am so glad to have found them! Charles came out within a day to check out our trees and give a (very fair!!) estimate. I so appreciated how he took the time to explain what he recommended and why, discuss tree care and health more generally, and walk us through the process. His team came out the next day and were awesome! So quick, incredibly professional, beautiful job especially for as much as we needed done; most impressive was how they were able to remove a tree interfering with our neighbors shared fence without causing any inconvenience to them (we love our neighbors!). We needed someone to come out and lace our large Ash tree. The last person we called about five years ago was beyond terrible. They just chopped the tree up which put it in shock. We had to consult arborist to save our beautiful tree. I had heard such good reviews about Charles Tree Service. So I called him to come out and take a look. He contacted back right away and gave me a quote, which was very reasonable. He and his crew came out the very next day. They arrived on time and worked so hard climbing up the tree. The care they took in reshaping the canopy and cutting out all the dead branches was a true work of art. Charles and his crew are very professional, pleasant and and efficient. They went above and beyond to help move some things out of the way and took care to get all the branches that had fallen into my and my into my neighbors yards. Hauling everything away. We are very pleased with the job they did. I will only use Charles Tree service going forward and will recommend him to anyone. read more

Have two large palm trees in my front yard I desperately needed trimmed, I used to have a different guy do it but every year they kept charging me more and more until it got kind of out of hand. I came across Charles Tree Service and figured I would give them a call for a quote. I called and Charles texted me back immediately, said that he would be able to swing by later that afternoon to take a look and offer a quote. Quote came back quite a bit less than what I was paying the previous guy (In retrospect I might have been getting a fleeced a bit, but I had worked with the previous guy for years). They called me the next day saying they would be available to come by, they trimmed the trees, shredded the debris, and cleaned the yard. I imagine the whole thing took less than an hour. Parking is always super troublesome in the area but they were able to make it work with their trucks. I also met Charles and he was super polite. All around good experience, and I will definitely be working with them again in the future. read more
