Luke was very patient in walking through the issue we were having and was very informative on the different ways to treat the affected area. We decided to treat the fungus with their fungicide in a couple of different spots and will follow his advice on drying out the area to remove all the moisture allowing the fungus to continue to grow. Do your self a favor and include LC in your fist 3 interviews and you wont have to go thru the same predicament. 1. I have a specific tree located in a spot that can affect neighbors. 2. People came in with all kinds of stories and scams even, scare tactics to charge more and frighten people into ruining their long term investment (tree) for their short term gain. They hack your tree, you live with it. And it can be of consequence as well Do Not use: Bob, Homestead wanted to charge double hack the tree up, disfigure and put the tree at a deterimental disadvantage, would have fallen and died after his service, contrary to his statement that he is supposed it did not fall in the wind. It is a beautiful and grand tree, my favorite, and it is extremely happy, Healthy and strong. Bob Used harsh scare tactics saying the tree could fall over at any time, just not nice. This took a week out of my time to talk to more people, actual experts in just that area. More stories of people who hack trees and don't really know what they are doing, or try to scam you into paying double or triple for what is best for the tree. I am a repeat customer of LC Tree Service. I have used them successfully and happily in the past. I called them for a tree removal and set an appointment. I waited for the whole window, and nobody came, nobody called, nobody texted. When I called after then end of the window, the customer service person was dismissive, basically saying there was nothing they could do, but they would try to leave a message with the scheduling people who would leave a message with the technician... In the end, after waiting another half an hour, nothing. I won't use LC again. This is not isolated, I referred a coworker to LC. LC tree service did a tree removal for me. I had the pleasure of working with Larry and his team. They removed a giant Ficus tree in my back yard that had just gotten too big for the space. I now have lots of sunshine in my back yard. They were on time and worked efficiently to take out my tree, The tree was taken out in about 10 hours, they cleaned up and left the place in good shape. They helped craft a plan to eliminate the neighbor's concern but still keep the tree, and they were understanding and accommodating when the neighbor changed his mind and insisted that we remove the tree.
