While I didn't see anything I needed to bring home with me, there's a reasonable selection of clothes, household goods, small appliances, kid's toys, etc; all the usual suspects. It's fairly clean and relatively well organized, clearly tagged, and decently priced. I certainly feel better supporting them than Goodwill.

We do not need to have to watch our feet to not step over a dog puddle/or worse. I understand certified ADA service digs, but will never accept emotional support/entitlement. No one wants to shop with a basket that previously had a dog/cat beforehand. It is gross to have to wipe down or deal with pet hair (many of us are allergic). I'm a dog owner and I would not bring my pet among strangers-they can easily get sick too. Not too many people care if they have a cold/or worse and it is stressful to be preoccupied to keep human to pet safe distance. I may start shopping, but if I have to weave in or around someone's dog/cat() then I just leave. Its not worth the stressful shopping. I lose my thrifting buzz having to watch my steps from pets. Many of us are frustrated with this entitlement of inconsiderate pet owners.

This is a secondary thrift shop run by The Caring Place (their larger main location is on Railroad…read moreAve). Unlike that store, which has a bit of everything including books and clothes, this location only sells home decor. It's located in a residential home which makes for a very pleasant browsing experience. They have a pretty great selection of items. The prices vary (there are some more high-ticket antique objects here). Tuesdays are 10% off so if you're eyeing an expensive item, that's your day. I also noticed that they drop prices so if you're willing to take a risk and wait, keep checking. Restocked regularly. I came two weeks apart and saw a whole bunch of new interesting merchandise. For my fellow parents with small children: The other shop is large and has shopping carts where you can place your kids. This one does not as it's smaller and in a house. However, we were able to navigate just fine with my toddler inside a small umbrella stroller. I wore my baby in a carrier. The staff is very nice.

Calling this place a thrift store is misleading since the prices for everything are more in line with consignment store prices. Everything is well laid out and nicely displayed. The store is open 10 to 4 Tuesday through Saturday. Tuesday is 10% off everything.

They had a lot of items in clothing, furniture and kitchen goods. Not as much in toys. I found quite a few items. They don't seem to do standard pricing like your large chain thrift stores. They also seem to know their name brands and mark up accordingly (but not excessively). It is a little bit of a trek from where I live, but worth the trip.

I'm not sure if they've got new employees, so my review isn't about all employees because I've been…read morehere a few times and never had any issues until today. For more than half of my time in the store I continuously had multiple workers staring me down, and then two just following me around multiple times which gives me the feeling that I'm being looked at like I'm going to steal. This normally wouldn't bother me because I'm not a thief but it bothers me because I've given zero reason for anyone to be looking at me or following me like this. It creates a nasty narrative, and a hostile environment. Until you've been given a reason to need to follow someone, don't... I'm an indecisive person, but I'm also a gay male in a thrift store playing gospel music, so it's bad enough I already feel like I'm not wanted here but to follow me around and look at me while talking to co workers multiple times doesn't put a good feeling on a customer. And there's a chance that maybe this wasn't the case but I'd be an easy target. There's not a huge selection of men's clothes or shoes and if there is it's mixed up with the women's so I look in ever aisle and I feel like I got stares because I was in the women's aisles but there was a plethora of women's things in the men's aisle so maybe they just need to reorganize? The prices on some things seems incredibly capitalist, I see a whole couch for $19.99 which is a great price, but then I'm looking at a pair of shoes for $24.... Where's the relief in that LOL I have to admit they have some pretty good items, but the prices seem greedy. I don't know how much of the proceeds go to disaster relief but if it's not 100% then it seems pretty disturbing, prices are getting to be like Goodwills and there's no good will in that ‍ All in all, this truly is a great store but this was not a good experience for me so I may seek another store.

Some people are also aggressive, I've had people just snatch a clothing item I'm holding out from my hands and walk away. I don't know why this goodwill doesn't do anything about the aggression at these bins. Not to mention, there are some families that camp out at the bins all day and leave their children widely unattended without any sort of protection, there are usually little kids playing around with items and digging through stuff without gloves. Besides that, I've been here three or four times and found a couple really good finds. Some days I find nothing of value and other days I find some pretty good stuff. If you come to the goodwill outlet, just make sure to wear gloves, because I've literally came across diapers and dirty undergarments. Also be sure to wear a face mask because there is a lot of dust and I'm always sneezing around the bins.
