Walked into AAA office and asked for Trip Tic…read more Oh NO - they no longer print them out for you at the office you have to order them 2 weeks to be printed at a remote print location before you drive on a trip and have them delivered to your home!!!!!! Are you kidding? In the middle of Covid, being alone and elderly to drive back to AZ from Oregon solo, this place could not see it's way to actually sit with me and print me a trip tick generated from their system no matter how many times I asked. Been with AAA long time (decades). AAA should look at it's policies. The 2 women working there did not seem very busy. How hard could it be to just help someone out at the last minute? Yes there is an online site I went to print one - it was crappy not the same version as you get from a AAA employee who appears to have access to better system to generate a better Trip Tick. Maybe it's not so worth it anymore to belong to AAA. Shame on you AAA for your policies.

Have hear from them since. I went to excursions customer service on the ship. He did the same thing and basically told me that I wasn't force to buy. If anyone take this cruise and this excursions. Then the ship was supposed to go around to the other side of the fjord, but again a lame excuse as to why we couldnt go in...There was a ship in there and the captain didnt want to wait...So we went on..When we reached Vancouver island ,the captain slowed down to 4 knots per hour...to make up time. The last stop was Victoria BC. Nothing but dissapointment the whole trip...Plus as an added joy the whole boat was getting sick...cough,sneeze, headaches , and sore throat.... I will never take another cruise. Especially with Royal Caribbean....
