Every time he cleaned the room, he wouldnt take the plates but he took my 10.00 drink that I haven't even started. 2nd, the food at the Windjammer was cold and dry out. We started going to the main dining. Main dining was great. 3rd We went on a excursion that we book with Royal Caribbean. We did the Sierra Marda tour. Which I thought it would tour of Mazatlan. It was not. We went to all these little towns. Out first stop was opal mine jewelry store. I got a ring with 2 hearts and little chips on the side. Paid over 200.00 for it. By the time we got back to the ship for dress your best. One of the chip fell out. The next day another one fell out. I went customer service. They basically took my name a copy of my receipt. Have hear from them since. I went to excursions customer service on the ship. He did the same thing and basically told me that I wasn't force to buy. If anyone take this cruise and this excursions. Buyer beware.

Literly only 2 stops in Alaska,4 days at sea.Ship was sgo into Tracy Arm Fjord, but captain didnt want to go in. Then the ship was supposed to go around to the other side of the fjord, but again a lame excuse as to why we couldnt go in...There was a ship in there and the captain didnt want to wait...So we went on..When we reached Vancouver island ,the captain slowed down to 4 knots per hour...to make up time. The last stop was Victoria BC. Nothing but dissapointment the whole trip...Plus as an added joy the whole boat was getting sick...cough,sneeze, headaches , and sore throat.... I will never take another cruise. Especially with Royal Caribbean.... The best thing, well maybe the worst we had 3 pocket knives in our carry on back pack...They made it through the inital screening at the terminal at the Cruise Ship dock and Pier..good job ...When they found one knife, they stopped looking and told us to keep said lock it in our luggage..thete were two in that back pack...We thought we took them all out pre trip. I was not expecting much ,and i got even less.. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS ..UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING COOPED UP ON SOMETHING YOU CANT GET OFF OF,AND GETTING SICK.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Last night was me and my now husband's wedding…read morenight, we get to the hotel and check in at 10:40. They tell us the bar closes at 11pm. So we run up to our room and drop our stuff off quickly, we head back down and only 3 minute had passed, and the bar tender told us he didn't want to serve us because he was "trying to go home early". I went over to discuss that with the staff to which they were not helpful. We go back up to our room ready to call it a night, the AC didn't work, the remote didn't work, there was no water bottles in the fridge like they said there was. We go back down to the lobby at this point because if we are paying $250 for a room you would expect it to have all the working amenities that you would want right? We get back down there and by this point I'm upset because our wedding night was ruined by that experience so I sat there crying in a hotel lobby in my wedding dress which was such a terrible experience. They tried to make it right by "letting us get a drink on the side". To which the bar tender who previously told us "no" made, which felt extremely uncomfortable to us since we knew he didn't want to be "serving us". Also here are some good tips to know if you stay there in the future that they don't tell you: If you want breakfast you have to order it the night before, if something is broken in your hotel room they won't send anyone up to fix it. My husband and I would have had a better time at a Best Western, they at least are cheaper and you get better amenities and staff that is actually helpful and doesn't just awkwardly stare at you as you cry in your wedding dress. We would have had more fun at home we decided.
