Wonderful cab experience with Elite! From the stellar customer service on the phone to make the reservation, the follow-up reminder on text, and the quiet and amazingly efficient driver: our trip to the airport was the best ever. Right on time, smooth sailing. You'll hear from me again! Thanks. :-) read more

I've had amazing service with this company in the past, but the last few trips that I've had I will text the phone number as I typically do and just not get a response. I've had three or four trips I have attempted to book with them and just had no response at all. read more

The trunk/hatch latch was apparently broken, so when I tried to open it for our luggage, it would not open. After dropping us at the airport the driver texted me with obscenities, vulgarities, and threats: "... and if I see your as* again, I'm a f*** you up and you can call my mother****g boss. etc. etc. I contacted the manager and shared the text. I was assured that the owner would call me later. She never did. read more

I picked up an Elite taxi at the airport taxi stand. Once in the car (which smelled of smoke), I noticed there was no meter and no obvious registration. I asked the driver about the lack of a meter, and he said it wasn't required if rates were posted on the side of the cab. Fair enough, I guess, but I also couldn't see how he chose his route (which seemed out of the way - I've driven to the airport many times and would never take that route). When we got to my house, the charge was higher than I've ever paid for a cab home from the airport, and I take them with some frequency. Long story short, the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. Do not recommend! read more

We were flying in from the east coast late and didn't want to rent a car. Elite was waiting for us when we arrived . We were also able to make pickup arrangements for departure. Friendly staff. read more

Picked me up on time. Courtesy text the day before pickup and a courtesy call 15 minutes before pick up

Eugene Elite Taxi has been amazing, helping get my daughter to and from the airport since she started at the UO. One of her friend's moms ended up contacting them her freshman year (she's now a junior) to pick her and her friend up when they flew back from a break because her daughter called and said there were no Uber or Lyft drivers available. They picked the girls up within a few minutes and I've been using them ever since. It's super helpful that I can just text them with the information and I always get a response back quickly. They have picked her up from her dorm and now her apartment and multiple times from the airport and have always been prompt, friendly and professional. If you have a kid at school in Eugene who flies back and forth, forget about ride shares and contact Eugene Elite. I'd hug the owner if I could, she has been fantastic to work with! read more

This place answered the phone and the driver was prompt, courteous, and drove safely. Love that they are woman owned too. I was glad to pay somebody aside from Uber or the taxi companies on here which struggle to maintain even a three star rating. Price was competitive with other places I looked into. read more

Reliable and reasonably priced. One less thing I have to worry about when my daughter travels back-and-forth between Eugene and home.

Taxi failed to show. Driver told owner he came, waited, saw us get in an Uber and left by our on means. All not true. We had to wake our neighbor at 4:25 a.m. to have them take us to the airport. read more

I needed a ride for the airport at 0330, and I was worried about a driver no showing. But Megan put me at ease. She texted thirty minutes prior to pickup to confirm. It really put me at ease. Very professional and vehicle was clean. Would use her company again!! read more

This is a really wonderful local company! They are trying to be efficient, communicative, friendly, and clean and they're hitting all the marks. My driver was on time, and texted me about 30 minutes before she arrived, and again once she got there, which I appreciated. She also helped me book a return taxi trip. The van was spotless. They're women-owned, which I always like to support. I definitely recommend this company if you need a taxi! read more

The most personal people i have ever done business with. There communication is through Text or Phone. I love their Text, their answer is quick and does not leave you hanging. Melissa is the greatest. She was waiting for us at Eugene Airport when I plane arrived. Cheerful and delightful. You will not be sorry for using the business. Thank you Eugene Elite Taxi, from Phyllis and family. read more

Highly recommend Eugene Taxi service! I had to fly out in the wee hours of the morning from Eugene and they came to my family home at 3:30 am and had me at the airport in plenty of time. The driver was extremely professional, the car was very clean! I will use Eugene Taxi again!! read more

They may be great, but I may never know. They did not reply to a web site request for rate on a ride to the airport. This morning when I tried to call I got sent to Melissa's voicemail which asked me to text. It's not worth the effort. I'll just stick with rideshare folks. read more

Great service. Had to get to the airport in the wee hours of the morning. Hotel recommended Lyft, but I was no way going to leave it to chance at that early of an hour. Elite Taxi took my call, booked the ride and even checked in the night before AND they were early and waited for us to come down. Drive was great. Taxi was clean. Cost was reasonable. Highly recommend. read more

Always friendly and reliable. Highly recommend! Very happy to have this service in Eugene.

They never disappoint. Our go to cab to the airport. We highly recommend them. Joel

Jenna is the best! My daughter landed at Eugene Airport the Sunday after Thanksgiving and her ride fell through. I called Jenna somewhat in a panic. She said she was curbside at Eugene Airport and without hesitation asked me to send my daughter to her car. In the midst of one of the busiest days of the year for Jenna and I'm sure already having a busy and tightly booked schedule, she made sure she got my daughter to her apartment. Jenna totally took care of my daughter for which I am so grateful and appreciative. She really is the best. read more

I booked Elite Taxi to pick up my daughter at the airport and confirmed the appointment two days prior to her arrival. Her plane was delayed by thirty minutes. When she landed, Elite Taxi was a no show and left her stranded at the airport. I called them to find out what happened and asked for a call back with an explanation. I never received a response. Beware of this company if you want reliable airport service. read more

I have used this service three times now and each time I have been very impressed. I have lucked out and had the same driver each time. He's fun to talk to and extremely reliable and great at his job! The last time I used the service, I was scheduled to fly in on 12/30/2021. The flight to Seattle was canceled due to the bad snowstorm and so I had to rebook the flight for the next day which meant rebooking the flight from Seattle to Eugene. That flight ended up being delayed over two and a half hours. I kept in communication with the company. They understood and were very funny in their text exchanges with me. I will use this service each time I am heading to the airport to travel and on my way back from the airport, too. Thank you for all you do! Bravo! read more

Eugene Elite Taxi is a dependable, safe, and comfortable way to get around Eugene Oregon! I booked a 3:30 am pick-up, to get my 5:15 am flight out of EUG. The driver, West, texted me 30 minutes ahead to say he's on his way, and again when he pulled in the driveway of my airbnb. Because of the location of my airbnb I didn't need to pay the extra expense of renting a car, and now that I know about Eugene Elite, I just might keep with that plan in the future. I feel they would be completely reliable and safe if I would need a ride anywhere around town! They are a local company, and owned/managed by women (apparently two sisters, who actually do some of the driving themselves). Don't hesitate to call/text them to arrange a ride! read more

They were over 45 minutes late and contacted them multiple times within that time and heard no response. When they finally arrived I was not given an explanation as to why they were so late and no apology. Definitely will not be using this service again. Uber and Lyft are cheaper, just use those. read more

Highly recommend! Clean, well-maintained vehicle. Texted ahead to confirm. Safe, professional driver. Best taxi in Eugene by a mile.

Fantastic service, clean very nice vehicles. We were very pleased with the prompt service and text msg confirmations.

if my texts had been responded to, I'd have something to rate- calling wasn't even an option! Long walk with bags to hotel.

I used Eugene Elite Taxi 3 times over the weekend. I feel luck their taxi was available upon our arrival at the airport. I pre-booked them for an early morning pick up on Sunday and everything was smooth. My daughter was struggling to get a ride late Saturday evening; she called, they called her back and were able to get her back to the hotel safely. I highly recommend this company. read more

I booked this car service for my daughter to and from Eugene airport over the winter break. Couldn't have been more pleased booking was easy, reasonably priced and they were on time. I'll definitely be using this service again! read more

I have used this service several times and each time was impressed. Car arrived on time. Matt, the driver, was very polite. Vehicle was very clean.
