It's always a joy seeing the driver come when they say so. Another great example is it's always a fair price.

I got a ride from Grocery store to home, about 3 or 4 blocks. They paid the driver less than 4 dollars and said on his app that the total amount of the total charge was 8 dollars. I got ripped off 28 dollars! For 3 blocks!! I assumed it was like the gas pumps charging $100 on your card and when your gas charge is $50, a few days later, you see a refund of $50. That was not the case ,at all,! What a literal scam! read more

I ride with Rapid Ride quite often. They are always so friendly and fairly priced compared to any other taxi services in the area. Sometimes it's a bit hard to get a ride since there are few drivers during the day and at night. But I usually avoid that issue with calling at least 30 min in advance. read more

I just saw a Rapid Ride Taxi harass another driver by honking several times, because he got stuck in a traffic circle. The problem started from a pedestrian, not the other driver, yet the taxi ended up tailgating this other driver for about a mile till the other driver turned off. Very poor manners for a driver, let alone a taxi driver. read more

I highly recommend this taxi service. They are prompt, respectful and fair priced. I have used many taxi companies in lane county and none come close to their caliber. I always f÷l safe and get to where I'm going in plenty of time. My favorite drivers are Vern and Little John. OK so, I'm a little late in this update but oh well.............. A while back I needed a ride from Springfield over to Eugene, call R.R. Taxi. A male answered my call, very hastily took my number and said someone would call me right back. After a couple (maybe 5) minutes a driver called me back, I told him where I was and where I needed to go. He said he was in the middle of a run and it would be 20 to 30 minutes for him to get me picked up. I told him that would be OK and proceeded to wait, & wait, & wait. After waiting 45 minutes the driver calls to say that he will be another 30 minutes. I said forget it and called Oregon Taxi who I H A T E with a passion but they were able to send a driver for me in about 10 minutes. Rob, I hate to post this but you need better help. read more

I wouldn't even give one star to this company. I was driving down the freeway today 10/27 around 3 o'clock and one of the drivers a long hair dirty blonde Lady , maybe the only driver they had, the voicemail was a lady when I called the company. Apparently thought I was following too close even though I was at an appropriate distance away proceeded to break check me over and over again. we were going high-speed's 55-60 and it was wet out very dangerous and then when I proceeded to pass her because she was driving dangerously SHE FLIPPED ME OFF! Taxi companies are supposed be professional and safe so you feel safe riding with them they're doing a service getting a person safe to one place to another do not feel this company can do that for people I am appalled and shocked that someone can be that unprofessional and then afterwards I called the company I beginning to receive text messages getting cussed out and talked to like I'm the one that did something wrong this is beyond unprofessional and I do not recommend this company to anyone ever.
