Transit Now Logistics was extremely unprofessional. The movers arrived two hours late, damaged my furniture, and failed to mount my TVs ( after being charged a extra fee to mount my TVs) -- leaving multiple holes in my wall from failed attempts.. After promising to fix it, the owner stopped responding to all calls and messages once he was paid. Poor communication, poor workmanship, and zero accountability. Avoid this moving company if you want an stress-free move. He claims that I am not a real customer. With a quick call and arrangement for a pick up and delivery of a refrigerator and bbq grill we had an arrangement set in motion. While I do appreciate quick service, they were a little behind. Found out at the pick up they had to almost completely take our refrigerator apart. They broke a kitchen window and were on their way to our home. When they reached our home, there were a few hours worth of them, trying to put our refrigerator back together and we found out they left that barbecue grill had one of the areas broken. Which was not the way it was picked up. Our kitchen light was broken. we caught that after they left as well and our refrigerator door was not put back together properly so we had to pay someone else to come and fix that. While I am a huge supporter of new businesses which they are or war at that time, those small issues are what make me give this company three stars. As far as service and communication I would easily give them a four. As far as a new business, I wish them luck. But highly advise that they be much more mindful of clients property both what is transported and the interior of one's home. read more

Got on the phone with Mark today to talk about a potential move. He stated they were only booked through week 1 of September, so my date would work out for moving across state lines. I gave him all the info and got a quote from him via text. I wanted to continue the conversation so I asked for an official contract so I can review their policies, USDOT standing and insurance coverage. After I asked for that he said they were fully booked throughout September and "they could not provide me with their services." It seemed odd to me that they switched it up on me relatively quick after asking for basic moving company info. I looked them up but did not see them listed under the USDOT, BBB, or FMCSA. I needed to have a new sofa brought up 3 flights of stairs and the old sofa taken down. They showed up ( in 100 degree weather) They got straps, blanket and a dolly and made it happen quickly and with care. They were very professional and I definitely will use them again! read more

They're are very nice and sound very professional over the phone, but very far from it, be extremely careful hiring them get it all in writing before you start take a lite of picture of your stuff before and after they arrive , only one guy has 2 yr experience and when I saw that, it more like six months. If you not worried about your stuff you are good, if you like your stuff go don't hire them I was treated like if I was an alien. And the owner would call me and tell me hurry up or they'll leave with out me being ready, ever one is very nice but they don't really now what to do or how to do it. Maybe in a few years from know it will be worth it but so not know the cost of replacing my stuff was not worth the $2 k it cost me. And the owner promises to pick up everything but then charges you more money because you're in his grip already. Nothing you could do about it.
