I have had this trailer 4 years and it has been parked the majority of the time under an open shed. Powder coating is flaking off, especially off of fenders revealing rust underneath. This trailer has had light use only towing side by sides maybe 1000 Miles per year. Up until last winter it was parked under an open shed most of the year. Clearly surface prep on the fenders and tongue was inadequate.

He did check, thermocouple and the board in stock. $ 49 and $ 170. I am mhh. I was , if it is not that and I buy this from you can I return it ? (I knew the answer) NO. Next question very friendly with my best Sunday smile. Sir lets make a deal. I buy your thermocoupler and if it is not that, I give it back and buy the board. I got a smile but no reply. OK. So I took the part out and did show it to the guy. He that is the burner and that looks good. He did show me where it is. I did try to take it out, had to borrow tools. Did not work so I needed a nose zange. The other guy had one but that was from snap on and only he touches it. So guy one says to guy 2, go out and have a look. This look did turn in changing my old thermocoupler out. So my big big thanks to Shawn for all his help and knowledge and Kendall for getting the job done. At the and it was $ 85 for the part. Shawn did refuse my small tipp and Kendell I had to push him to take it. We need more people like that. It did save about $ 60 in groceries. Of to Mexico with a working fridge. 5 stars are by far not enough for what I did receive on a late Saturday afternoon. My luck started when the fridge was sold out. Space was limited so I had to get a 1/0 AWG cable exactly 4.5" center to center with 5/16" lug holes, and the lug holes have to be offset by 90°. Austin (service manager) handled the request. In a few minutes he returned with a perfectly crafted wire. Perfect length center to center, geometry, etc. So many shops struggle with these kinds of wiring requests. I only had to describe it once and he hit it out of the park! I highly recommend this place, they are expert craftsmen.
