It's a company store so the deals are good and the information precise. Bryan is the GM as was exceptionally customer service oriented. He was really so masterful in helping me find what I needed, get a great deal, have a custom hitch located and put on my Subaru (by his very conscientious shop guy who took extra care to route my wires so it wouldn't be a hassle for me), and taught me how to properly connect and manage my new trailer. I personally have a 11' that I use for my Wild Cat trail, a 14' for my Teryx 4 or KRX 4 and a 24' that can handle a couple Teryx 4 machines I use a truck bed tire wedge from Moose when I want to haul my dirt bikes with a SXS machine. Works great Moose part # 3911-0054 They are around $25.00 each and are easily removable. Voyager / Echo trailers are fantastic for every toy around.

Well built nice trailer you can see them on youtube. Voyager seems to be there manufacturer or direct dealer I'm not sure. But they delivered the trailer to me in great shape and in a timely manner. The reason for 4 stars is there were some discrepancies with delivery, paperwork, and accessories but they made right on all of those things and Shalamar even sent a personal letter to apologize and thank me. So overall I would purchase from Voyager again and I do recommend their business to my friends looking for a pretty awesome off road trailer.

This thing feels so wobbly and cheap when you are walking in the back and loading stuff one wrong placed rock or wheel and your are out of luck. Not to include I was paying cash and told them I wanted something off the top, they gave me 50 or 100 for something or another stating they called their such and such.. and did blah blah blah.. Sitting there next customer walked in... same ol pony show gave him the same amount and he was financing. I will never purcahse another thing from Trailer Plus after my interactions. The team are liars, right to your face. They cold call people like bill collectors, you can drive any direction and the price changes with the wind Colorado to Texas to Utah the prices are all over the place and the ones in Utah/Idaho didnt want to make a deal, and 2/3 employees you talk to have an attitude problem. I think my next steps are to file a negative BBB complaint so that my concerns are formalized beyond Yelp, then take to google reviews and elsewhere. The dudes who sold me the trailer, despite lying to my face were at least lying politely.

I called to inquire about the specs/price and thanked them for the information. Within 20 minutes, a salesman named Craig Salma called me and did everything short of badgering me to buy. I told him I'd decided I wasn't comfortable with purchasing from a location that was over an hour away to which he began to extol the virtues of his customer service capabilities. I relented and had the product picked up by a friend who lived near the Ogden store in question. $1800 cash payment later, I would begin the worst customer service experience I've had to date. Upon arrival and inspection I noticed the latch to close the ramp wasn't welded on 2 of its four points. I contacted Craig immediately (within 2 hours) of pickup including the 1 hour drive time) and didn't hear back until the following day. As it was the middle of the work week I was unable to get the trailer back to them for repair and he was unwilling to have it picked up. Asking about a refund, he denied any option to do so. After several days of emails and phone calls where the words "Company Policy" and "beyond our control" was repeated, I ultimately convinced them to allow me to take it to a location 30 mins from my work ( requiring me to after take time off). The repair was done satisfactorily by the alternate location but at much expense to me in terms of time and money. In short: 1. The service is bad 2. Lip service is abundant 3. Product is not QA'd as it should 4. Warranty is on your dime and your time, 100%. If this is truly company policy, and not this salesman's shortfalls as a professional then the company should shut down. This is truly an instance that once they have your money, they make you squirm to get any level of service on a 2 hour old product. Craig continued to pat himself on the back for his efforts in the resolution via email but it was I who made all of the efforts in time, money and overall expense that made the product whole. Insult to injury? After 1.5 years, this trailer has another broken weld on a crossmember that bears no direct load from what's being hauled. Bad QA and a salty, salty lesson learned the hard way regarding Trailers Plus service, product and integrity. Seriously, avoid.

I recently bought the Leer 100XR topper from Sam T Evan's in Ogden Utah. 1st rain storm 2 weeks ago…read moreI saw water dripping in both front right and left corners from the carpet. I was really disappointing after paying out $3,500. I took it down to the dealer and they scheduled me for a leak test. On the day of the leak test I stood by and watched the young men. Their conclusion was that water is getting in at both rear right and left sides of the topper door latch areas and creeping down along the carpeted edges to the front corners. And in the kids words, "I will have to cut out all this carpet back here on the corners and it'll probably look like shit." I did not accept that answer or the 2 young men's finding. I directed them to put there hose on the front drivers side top corner area and side window of the topper to see if the intensity of the water drip would increase. It did increase so they lifted up the topper and packed a small amount of putty in the corners and set it back down and called it fixed. I was not at all impressed with their findings and or repair. I agreed to leave it at that. Wasn't worth my time to push for more leak testing and accept the comment, "Well that should do it and if not just bring it back," as I could see the lack of experience. Today (04/27/2024) we are experiencing more rain storms here in Utah and the topper continues to leak as indicated earlier. I do not believe these kids working at the Leer dealership are capable or experienced enough find leaks and or make repairs (Being brand new it should leak at all !!) With todays rain I went out with a flash light and paper towels and found that the water is leaking in through the lower perimeter and sides of the front window. My paper towel would also become damp when tamping it around the side windows. I am very disappointed with my purchase and am experiencing buyers remorse. I would expect to have talented and experienced personnel to make the repairs or have some kind of monetary compensation so I can make the repairs myself or seek out someone who can. The YouTube videos I have found on the quality of Leer toppers says it all. Found several videos with hundreds of negative comments with the quality of Leer toppers. If I knew then what I know now about the quality of Leer toppers......All I can do now is to share my experience. Leer toppers look nice but they are garbage.
