I just went in for basic services on my trailer, scheduled an appointment, but a few days later they had to reschedule. No problem, took it back in and let them know that I needed it the next day as we had discussed on the phone. They hadn't written that down but said ok. I showed up the next day and they hadn't even started on it...long story short, took me scheduling two appointments and 6 hours late leaving for vacation to get brakes and wheel bearings packed. Finished product was great, but no sorry for the inconvenience, discount, etc...

Dropped off the truck, paid nearly $9,000, and came back a week later to find the hitch untouched. Only after following up was I told they don't do that type of install. It was so refreshing to speak with someone who didn't have any agenda. When we needed extra help installing our Anderson hitch, he didn't hesitate to call over a tech to help us. Once he took a look at it he said it needed a new hitch and he could have it done by early afternoon. He went and got the parts and welded a new hitch on just like he said. He got us back on the road quickly as we were just passing through Sandy on a road trip. Very impressed. The new hitch is heavy duty and has worked flawlessly.
