Mason, our salesman, told me that they paid $2000 more than KBB on trade in vehicles. Of course I was skeptical. I dealt with Mason at Axio's Wall Avenue location. After test driving the F250, I decided to see what the "out the door" price would be. I was pleasantly, or even amazingly surprised, with the document showing all of the financial details, so I decided to proceed with the purchase. After getting halfway home from the dealership, the air conditioning quit working. I immediately called Mason and he assured me that they would take care of me if I took the truck to their shop. It took me just over a week to take the truck in, but they worked on it for around three hours and fixed the air. . . at no charge. It has worked great ever since. Of course I give Axio a five star review! Thanks, Axio!

Be extremely cautious buying from this dealer, and do not leave the lot without an OBD-II scanner,…read morea battery tester, and a tread depth gauge. Getting anything and everything they say they're going to do signed and in writing. It baffles me that they have as high of ratings as they do. We purchased a 2015.5 Volvo XC60 AWD, and on the drive home and the very next day, multiple concealed mechanical issues, neglected maintenance items, and broken promises surfaced: * Unfulfilled Promises on Battery & Alignment: During the sale, our salesman, Jay, explicitly promised that the car would receive a fresh (or at the very least, properly tested) battery and a complete four-wheel alignment prior to delivery. Neither was done, despite them keeping the car for TWO extra days claiming their shop was backed up. Instead of installing a new battery, they appeared to have fast-charged the old, incorrect non-AGM battery--overcharging it to the point that it boiled over and vented acid on the drive home. The alignment was completely untouched; the car pulled and shook noticeably at speed, and an independent alignment check revealed the rear toe was severely out (+0.42° total toe, with the right rear at +0.27°), chewing up the tires. * Severely Mismatched Tires on an AWD Platform: This is something I admittedly should have caught, but seeing one brand-new tire, I made the mistake of assuming the rest were addressed on a vehicle sold as "inspected." Measuring tread depth revealed the front tires were worn completely down to the 2/32" wear bars (and oversized at 245s instead of factory 235/60R18), while the one rear tire I happened to glance at was new. Running mismatched circumference tires on an AWD drivetrain puts continuous strain on the center coupling, yet the car was passed off as road-ready. I had to buy a full set of four new tires and pay for a proper alignment out of pocket immediately. * Low Engine Oil from Day One: On the drive home, the low oil warning triggered. I had checked the dipstick on our initial walkaround, yet after their "prep," the car was nearly a full quart low. I had to pull off the freeway immediately to purchase oil just to make it home. A full quart low right off the lot shows the quality of their multi-point inspection. * Cleared Fault Codes to Pass Emissions: The Check Engine Light tripped during the hour drive home. Lo and behold, they didn't actually fix the emissions fault shown on the state inspection paperwork--they simply cleared the code and got lucky enough to sneak it through monitor readiness before the ECM completed a full drive cycle and latched the light back on. Truly the practices of a fine automotive dealership! I do my own mechanical work, so I was able to diagnose the live data, replace the sensors, and correct the fluid levels myself. But for an average buyer who wouldn't think to verify readiness monitors, check oil levels, know the difference between an AGM and a flooded battery, or measure tread depth across all four corners, this lot is more than willing to clear active trouble codes, ignore promised prep work, and push out cars with deferred maintenance. I have date-stamped photos of the battery acid boil-over, alignment printouts, and diagnostic freeze-frame data attached. Take your business elsewhere, or insist on a full independent pre-purchase inspection before signing anything here.

I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

But when you're just out of the Hospital and you are on crutches, recovering from a serious accident Barely able to move, You're not really in the best shape to be combing through contracts trying to find the fine print. That's the condition I was in when my fiancé and I went to Marcose an auto in Ogden Utah. I had just totaled our truck and with my income now gone we were relying on On my fiancé's paycheck Entirely which doesn't even come close to covering our month Expenses. We were in a desperate situation and the salesman took full advantage. He told us the payment was $277 and naturally any person would assume that was $277 a month just like every other car payment that everybody's ever had. Especially since we had been talking with him involved in that conversation that 277 would be a little bit tight for the month. He would just smile and nod when we talked about that. Turns out it Wasn't $277 a month it was $277 every two weeks now that's About $600 a month. And they just let us drive off, knowing that our payment was double what we thought. Yes, I agree we did sign The paperwork. But the way it all turned out it really feels like a giant baiting switch! They knew our situation they knew we were financially strapped They knew that we assumed it was $277 every month yet they let it go through without saying a Word. So if you are in a tight spot, financially, medically, or mentally Be extremely careful with Marcose and auto because they will take full Advantage of you. And by the time you find out, it's too late. They didn't just sell us a car they took advantage of two people that were in survival mode!! Buyer beware!!!

They sold it to me with a small balloon tied to the right rear view mirror (which obviously seemed fine because car lots always have certain cars decorated). They cut the balloon off when I bought it, but when I got home I noticed a small string still on the mirror. The next day I removed the string and the whole mirror fell off. They also didn't disclose any of the problems the vehicle had. They had cleared the lights on the vehicle and had it in decent condition for my test drive. Within the first year I needed a new timing belt, water pump, clutch, battery, radiator, and shocks. It finally came to the point where I needed a whole new engine so I sold it for parts and junked the rest. They were unapologetic and would not help with any of the issues. I was a teenager at the time and they definitely took advantage of me. Hoping this review will help people steer clear of these lying thieves. They are not good people and I'm surprised they have stayed open. DO NOT SHOP THERE. There are plenty of reputable car dealerships on Wall Ave that I have worked with for myself or with a relative and they have all been amazing. If you are looking for lower prices and don't want to visit a bigger car lot like Avis, try Citte Center. Good luck!

Then he proceeded to tell me that it was available from a aftermarket vendor. I told him to go for it, he told me that it would take a couple of days before they were going to have the parts. I informed him I didn't care how long it was going to take because I do not use it on a daily basis. Like Mike said, the part arrived on time and they then put it in my car.
