I have never in 41 years of doing business with him and his great shop have I ever experienced anything that wasn't top notch! Mark has retired now but the same great service is still available for Mark's son Jason is running the business and he's working to expand on the service and the excellent values that his Dad had started! I recently purchased a 25 year old Chevy, it just happens to have only 2 seats and a convertible top, so I already have taken it by to tell Jason that I know that for my Corvette and the value ROY 66 offers and has always offered me for my 41 years of living here, he's really going to keep my business for has long as I'm able to drive an automobile!! We were referred by my wife's coworker and have now used their service twice. Once for my 2009 Corolla and the other for my wife's 2015 Honda Odyssey. (End of the month) They diagnosed it, called me before making any repairs, and got it done that same day even though they were super busy. Their pricing was excellent too! My family has been going to Roy 66 for awhile now and they have been the best mechanic shop we have been to! I had problems with my car so I took it to the dealership where I bought the vehicle and they added up about $1,000 worth of fixing I had to do. I took it to Jason and he informed me I only had to get my transmission fluid flushed which will only be about $100-150. They have ran multiple diagnostics which have always been honest and fair. This repair shop is the best one I have ever been to! I have been there 5 times. 3 of them were in the same days they took the time to see me even in their busy schedule. I had alot of work for my Suburban done there, and they are so honest, and their customer service is the best I have ever known from any business. They got our vehicle done in a timely manner, they tell it as it is and they do not scam you like some other auto repair shops. I did not even know that honest business like this existed in this world today until I had my vehicle serviced and repaired here. I have been coming to Roy 66 for several years now. I have always found them to be totally honest and upfront with every repair they have done. I recently went in to make an appointment to have my car inspected. When I went out and got in my truck to leave, it wouldn't start. Talk about good fortune! I walked back in, gave Tim the key, and told him I wondered if my hosing down the engine compartment could be my problem. He said they would check it out and call me. Well, it wasn't anything I had done. My fuel pump had picked that moment to die. But what a great place to have that happen. I asked Tim for a ballpark figure for the repair. I was pleasantly surprised to find my bill was less than the estimate. Obviously, I didn't have an appointment for something like, but they got it worked in and back to me much sooner than I expected. This is the ONLY garage I go to. I took my van here to have it inspected. Three days later and no phone calls, I call them to find out the status. I was told it was fine over the phone, but when I went to pick it up, they then informed me that it had failed because of needing the brake lines repaired or replaced which they apparently can't do. So, they had my vehicle for 3 days without bothering to call me to let me know that it had failed or what else needed to be done. I would never go back there. read more
