After many hours looking for a new motorcycle I couldn't find any models that I liked. I started…read morelooking at Ninja 400s, then fell in love with the Yamaha R3. Apparently Utah sucks when it comes to the motorcycle market (used and new). So I gave up and started my drive back home, only to stop by these guys as a last resort. I walked in and got quite disappointed that there weren't any R3s on the floor. A salesman approached me and asked how he could help. There was a black MT-03 standing right in front of me, but I didn't think much of it until he made a good point "Hey, since you're looking for R3s, the MT-03s have pretty much the same engine". The bike had 4 miles on it, and he did not hesitate to offer me a test drive. I was quite surprised as all the other places I had been to did not treat me with such courtesy and excellent service. I took the bike for a spin and decided it was right for me. These guys did everything in their power to make sure I was taken care of. From the salesman, to their manager, and even when finalizing the purchase. I definitely recommend you bring your business here, and if you feel like you've been wronged, give them a call and they will definitely make things right. I couldn't be happier with my bike, and I've ordered a bunch of frame sliders to protect it! Motorcycles don't depreciate like cars do so I can totally see myself coming back here for another bike in the future.

They told us they couldn't have one ready until tomorrow. I called Layton and spoke to Broc who stated that they didn't have one built but to give him 5 minutes and he would see what he could do. He called back in a few minutes and told me they were pulling it out of the box and would have it built in an hour. We arrived and Bailey greeted us and made the paperwork a breeze. Once everything was ready Heather made paperwork for payment and title so easy. This team was definitely a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them any day.

I was upfront about everything and never tried to hide my intentions. I even planned to come back the next day to finish the paperwork once financing was squared away. But as soon as I said I wouldn't be signing that night without the confirmed rate, the tone shifted. I was pressured in front of the entire team, questioned on whether I had talked to other dealers, and even had a sarcastic offer of a $500 check if the rate wasn't what they insisted it would be--right in front of everyone. It stopped feeling like a professional transaction and started feeling like an ego contest. After I left, I received multiple texts that became increasingly guilt-trippy and unprofessional--accusing me of backing out, being dishonest, and placing blame over a "40-cent monthly difference." The reality is, I walked because of how I was treated, not the rate or the money. Everyone has the right to pause and confirm financing on a major purchase. If a dealership can't respect that, it says everything. I ended up finding a better experience elsewhere--no pressure, no theatrics, just transparency and respect.

Dirt and snow are their specialities and they have plenty of options for both. You can even rent machines to try out the latest toys before making the investment. They have several things going for them here: 1.) Sales. They are good at it and they are fair. They aren't in the business to gouge you and you will pay an honest price for an honest purchase. They don't oversell and make recommendations based on wants and needs, not "keeping up with the Jones' " (They can, however, help you spend your next 3 years worth of paychecks to not only keep up with Mr. Jones, but run circles around him.) Inventory levels are great and they get the latest and greatest a bit faster than some of the competition. They turn inventory fast and the options are always updating and getting better. 2.) Parts. They have them. If they aren't on the shelf you can get them. Pricing on the widgets to go on your toy can be had at Triple S at comparable prices to "website.com" and you are doing two things: supporting local and paving roads with a bit of state sales tax. Whether it is a RZR bumper or a pair of riding pants, you can get them here at the parts counter. 3.) Service. When you break it, they can fix it. The service department does anything from basic tune ups to fixing the "oh my hell, how did you do that?!?!?" They work fast so you can be back on the trails in little time and give advice on how NOT to break your toys again. Triple S sponsors rides across the state and they are more than happy to meet you on a trail and enjoy Sunday Services with you. Friendly, fair, and fun. Is there anything better?

I reached out about a GSX‑8R listed on Marketplace and was instructed by the listing to contact…read moreBlake directly for pricing and financing. From the very beginning, I asked clear, reasonable questions and stated multiple times that I wanted everything in writing before a phone call. Instead of answers, my messages were repeatedly read and reacted to, but completely ignored for days at a time. The only thing I received were pictures -- not a single one of my actual questions was answered. I followed up multiple times because I was genuinely interested and had funds ready to buy a new bike. Each time, I could see my messages were read, sometimes "hearted," yet no response came. That is not a communication issue -- that is choosing not to respond. Eventually, Blake explained that he was on vacation in Mexico and claimed he passed my information to his sales manager, Broc, to handle the sale. Despite that, I still was not contacted for days. No text, no voicemail, no email. I was called once while I was at work, but no voicemail was left, so I couldn't even confirm who the call was from. Communication still did not improve. The only reason Broc eventually reached out at all was because I contacted a different YoungPowersports location myself. Only then did anyone seem to realize I was a serious buyer. That shows a complete lack of internal follow‑through and accountability. What makes this even more frustrating is that I am younger than both Blake and Broc, yet I communicated more professionally than either of them. I was respectful, clear, patient, and persistent -- and still ignored. I literally just wanted to buy a new bike. I had the money ready. This should have been an easy sale. Blake eventually apologized and admitted the service was poor, but an apology doesn't undo days of being ignored, wasted time, or a lost sale. If this is how YoungPowersports treats someone actively trying to give them money, I would be very concerned about how they handle customers after the sale. This experience shows poor communication, poor management oversight, and a lack of professionalism from both Blake and Broc. Serious buyers should be aware that even with money in hand, you may be ignored, reacted to instead of answered, and left to chase down basic information yourself.
