They told me they were positive they'd trade my 2013 CRF450R for a 2023 KX85. I was totally upfront…read moreabout everything. I told them about the chip, I told them about the missing air filter; no surprises. But I still drove an hour and a half out there, wasting my entire afternoon, only for them to keep me waiting another two hours while they 'inspected' the bike. The salesperson was just weird, awkward, unprofessional, and clearly had no clue what he was talking about. After all that time, they suddenly flipped and said I'd have to pay $1,000 extra for an air filter and air box that cost like eighty bucks total; parts that take literally ten minutes to replace. What a joke. Then they told me my bike looked 'rough,' which is insane considering I sent them detailed photos beforehand. So what, they couldn't tell until I drove all the way out there? Really? And if that wasn't enough, after they messed around with it, the bike wouldn't start right; it took around 20 kicks more, when normally it starts in one or two. I could literally hear. them redlining my bike for a long time, inside of the shop. It felt like they didn't even know how to handle it properly. But here's the worst part: the salesperson should've known right away that their dumb pricing system claimed my bike was worth less than the KX85. That's basic. That should've been the first thing they checked before confidently saying the trade would happen. Instead, they wasted my time, gas, and energy just to hit me with a bait-and-switch. Completely unprofessional, totally disrespectful of people's time, and a garbage way to run a business. I will never set foot in that place again

Very happy with the service I received at T&N and the savings were significant compared to taking…read moremy UTV to the dealer for service. I wanted a Spring Tune Up for an older RZR and Tracy was very willing to do the work and at a cost that was at least 30% less than the dealership down the road was charging. Work was completed in a very timely manner and Tracy ran me through some "Do's" and "Don'ts" to keep my machine running at its best. He kept the old parts to show me what was changed out and made sure the machine was tip top before giving it back. He works on just about anything with an engine here and there were a slew of 4 wheeler's, 2 wheeler's and UTVs at his shop that he is working on. I will recommend this place to all of my friends and family going forward.

She will blame the client at every turn. I have paid out over $400 for a carburetor replacement and it still doesn't run right. We took the bike in for a tube replacement on the rear tire and to have them adjust the carb after sitting over winter. The tire was just too hard for them to do and was told it would be $150 to change (young will do it for $35) but the carburetor, well they don't fix them they just replace them, well ok so I had them replace it after already paying their $125 min shop fee figuring $75 for the carb when I pick it up, nope $216 more for some other parts and another hour labor, asked the moron at the front counter (supposedly and owner) took the bike outside and tried to start the bike to get it started, would not run, could make it run for 1-2 seconds with starting fluid, so took it back in and said I'm not taking a non running bike when you said it was fixed, she immediately stated passing blame, "well I don't start the bikes" ok whatever but I have paid for a repair and want the bike running so I left it again, went back after the holiday to pick it up and was demanded I pay another $338 bill for repairs I did not authorize and what should have been paid for with the initial repair. We had words and she played the victim of course. I paid the fraudulent charge so I could get the bike out of their to never return. These people are absolute criminals who don't know how to repair a bike. I would recommend staying as far away from this place as you can.

I don't know what's going on with this dealership but I've visited twice to look at a Triumph…read moreStreet Triple, and twice I haven't gotten so much as a hello. I see there are salesman who aren't doing anything but standing around talking to each other, but apparently they're not interested in my money. I guess they're doing so well they don't need your business. I rolled in on 5/9 and it looked like they were even having some sort of Triumph event. Unfortunately, that event didn't include selling them. Nice RX on the showroom floor, but I guess it will only go to the customer who begs for it.
