They said, "Well, most insurance companies will pay for the 2 hours." In other words, we can charge it just because someone is willing to pay for it rather than it actually needing done. I'm not working with a regular insurance company though and they, in their great benevolence, rather than charging me for 2 hours will charge $200 just to look at the scooter. I told them to just tell me how much for the parts and labor, which should be obvious, but they're giving me guff about it. I mean, if you pull it apart to replace the obviously damaged parts and there's more to fix, then add it on! Bunch of scammers. I don't recommend dealing with them.

The owner should of known from the start of me bringing my van to his shop, that it was a bad transmission mount and not a bad transmission. We didn't get it back for another week. He put another used transmission in it but it didn't fix the issue. He said he still needed extra time which was longer than he promised originally. When we picked it up, we found that he had driven it 875 miles! He had taken the truck "on a test drive". We took the vehicle to another reputable business for repair. He is not to be trusted.

Customer Service: The staff here is excellent--friendly, professional, and really helpful when it came to walking me through options and deals. They took the time to explain the warranty on the tires, which gave me peace of mind, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Ambiance: The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and well set up, which made the short wait a lot easier. You can tell they put thought into making customers feel at ease while their vehicles are being worked on. Work & Value: The deals on tires were fantastic, and the warranty is a huge plus. However, I did run into one issue--after picking up my truck, I noticed some damage that wasn't there before, along with a sensor issue. The shop felt strongly that it was preexisting, but I know it wasn't, which means I now have to cover the repair myself. Even with that frustration, I still want to acknowledge how great the customer service and pricing were. If not for the truck damage, this would have easily been a 5-star review.

My daughter went in for an oil change, Grease Monkey charged her for an extra quart. The next day…read moreshe was complaining her car was blowing white smoke when starting. Googled the issue and top hit was oil overfilled. Checked the oil level and it was 1/3 of the way up the stick or about 5 inches . I took it back and they drained the extra out saying some cars take more even for the same engine which was puzzling. Took home checked the level and it was still 1/5 up the stick or 2 inches. Took it back again and they redid the oil change showing me the level before I left. No more smoking. Fast forward two weeks, my son in law took his Audi A3 for an oil change to the same Grease Monkey in Clinton. I told him to tell them if his car needs more than 5 quarts which is the base price to say we'll add the rest at home. The base price for full synthetic was $89. When they finished and he went to pay they asked for $135. They said they used upgraded oil, filter, and whatever else. Nothing was told to him prior for the upsell. They just did the work. This Grease Monkey has been our go to up to this point. My daughter played soccer with the owner's granddaughter so I'm adding this review in hopes they see this and can make some policy or personnel changes. Until then I'll take my business elsewhere.
