I cannot recommend this company enough. We were traveling to Yellowstone in a brand new rental car when it started having transmission issues. We were stranded for 12 hours with three kids. After more phone calls than I can count and hours on the phone or on hold with the rental company fighting with them they called Ogden Towing to pick up a new car for us at the Salt Lake airport, bring it to us and then return the other rental back to the airport. We were told the car would be ready and waiting when they got there. By this time it was the middle of the night. Tom got to the airport and began experiencing the same run around from the rental company we'd been dealing with. He and Sam at the companies dispatch advocated and fought with the rental car company on our behalf to get the car. Tom then drove 3 hours back at 1 o'clock in the morning to get us the car. They stayed in contact with us the entire time and were professional and treated us like a member of their own family. I only wish I knew people in UT so that I could sing their praises and send business their way! You have a very grateful family and have restored our faith in people! My car was disabled and I was really upset. After talking to the Acura road side assistant Link feature I was totally frustrated. Horrible service I was disconnected 3 times. I finally got a phone number from Jody Wilkinson and a tow truck was dispatched to come and tow the car to the dealership. They said the tow truck would be there in about an hour. In 15 minutes I got a phone call from Josh W and he said he would be there in 15 minutes. He got the information of our location and took the time to talk to me and calm me down and reassure me that he would take care of me . Josh W gave superior customer service and should be recognized for his efforts. He was extremely professional, friendly, kind and efficient. I was so grateful that I met Josh. I had my truck break down and had called multiple companies explaining to them I had a trailer hooked up to it. because of the hitch on it alot of companies said they couldn't tow it ogden towing said yes and sent their driver John G to tow it. While it was being towed by John the tire on my truck got popped by the tow truck making a rough day for me worse. Most companies would have said "tough luck" and left me high and dry, but john with ogden towing took it upon himself to not only make it right but make sure I got exactly what I needed to get my truck ready for the road after its repaired, replacing the tires and setting me up with an appointment at a tire shop. If we could have more people like John in this world everyone's bad days would be turned around! read more

This review is for BrondonMalindez who is awesome! He answered an AAA call - my vehicle would not start. He was very thorough and helpful, explaining to me (an old lady) everything he was doing to try and figure out what was wrong with my car. Three other men had said that it was the battery or alternator but Brandon tested my car and said that it was neither. He had to leave for another call but returned and helped me get my car to a mechanic who fixed my problem - it was a sensor! It is obvious that he wants to assist people in trouble and that he loves his job. I was totally satisfied with his performance and abilities! read more

They gave me a 30-45 minute window of when the tow truck would come to my house for a tow to the mechanic. Brandon was there in 15-20 minutes. Funny thing is the last time I called them from another side of town, the same driver came. He was personable, professional and helpful. He has a pic of his daughter in the truck, such a cutie. He proudly bragged her birthday, what she weighed and how tall she was. Not only good at his job, but a proud father. Not that that has anything to do with their business but a place that employs young people with integrity is a great reflection, imo of a good company. Oh and reasonably priced too. read more

My tire blew out with no warning less than an hour into a 12 hour road trip. Jesse showed up within 20 minutes and was so incredibly friendly and kind! He towed us to the auto shop we had requested, and upon realizing that shop didn't have tires, offered to tow us to a different shop that he was familiar with to guarantee we would get the repairs we needed. I recently had a flat tire in my driveway and called AAA. They sent Brandon Melendez from Ogden Auto Towing. The estimated time of arrival was 45 minutes to and hour and he showed up within 20 minutes. He changed the tire in record time and showed me the large screw which had flattened the tire. Dangerous aggressive driver. Seems to be generating business by trying to run people off the road. Misuse of load lights to intentionally blind drivers behind them while driving down the road without a car on the bed. It's not like he left them on by accident he was tuning them on then off while driving to be a dick. Not to mention running the hazard lights while not even in the service of hauling a car or sitting on the side of the highway. read more

Both of our vehicles were vandalized over the weekend and they were very patient and understanding of our emotions as we were handling our insurance information on the phone. We drove with Brandon to discount tires and he also gave us an excellent referral to Les Schwab tires, as we needed specialized tires for one of the vehicles. While traveling from Virginia a tractor trailer threw something thru passenger window. it was on Friday night and Safelite couldn't replace until Tuesday morning in Williams AZ. I called to request crash wrap for the window so we could continue our trip. They sent Navarro out. He did a great job for us. He was very helpful and even checked on how it was holding as we drove. BEST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED. The driver got out to me in 15 minutes and was very polite. He was very professional, and I felt very safe with him and well as letting him tow my car. My car was taken back to their shop and I was able to go look at my car at my convenience. The service was great from the dispatcher to the driver to the manager of the shop.
