I made an appointment with Kenji on Facebook and he was able to get my bike into his shop the day the parts arrived. After the parts were installed he let me go for a spin around the block and see how it felt. I let him know what I was feeling and he was able to adjust the rearsets so they fit me perfectly. I wanted a Spring Tune Up for an older RZR and Tracy was very willing to do the work and at a cost that was at least 30% less than the dealership down the road was charging. Work was completed in a very timely manner and Tracy ran me through some "Do's" and "Don'ts" to keep my machine running at its best. He kept the old parts to show me what was changed out and made sure the machine was tip top before giving it back.
