My husband took it back to them and all they did was take an artists brush and dab a little on and didn't even smooth it out. To top it off, they didn't even match the color of the car, poor job Maaco. You need to make this right. Don't ever take your cars to the Macao on Logan. I went back today and spoke with Eric who did the paint job. He had an arrogant attitude and said he takes pride in his work, but not on touch ups. He said he wasn't gonna redo it. Maaco gave me a better quote than any of the competing companies, then offered to fix some unrelated damage on my hood for a discount since it would already be in the shop. Just to be sure I was getting a good quote on that, I asked another company for an additional quote on the hood, and sure enough Macao's quote was significantly better. In the end I had both the accident repair and the hood done at Maaco. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were done much quicker than I had originally been told it would be. The staff was also super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I simple can't say enough good things about these guys!
