Mike and his team went above and beyond! My daughter was driving cross country when she had a scare with her car in Logan. The first repair shop told her she had blown her crankshaft and needed a whole new engine. Car wouldn't start because the key transponder was fried. went in to get my key programmed and told them to reprogram my key. They Told me it would be done in 2 days. I Called daily to see how things were going and kept getting pushed back. A 6 DAYS LATER called me and tried to sell Me on new front suspension and a fuel pump. Unbelievable... Turns out they don't even offer re-programming of keys. Paid 100 dollars for a " diagnostic" only for me to tow away my car and take it to a different shop to get a new key. Only took 30 MINUTES. my car fired right up And I drove home fine. read more

They did a great job on all the maintenance I needed done on the 2010 Toyota Corolla I just bought, which hadn't been fully serviced for about 60k miles. Grand total was $660.96 (exactly in-line with what I was quoted from the shop in Draper that did the pre-purchase inspection) and it only took them about a day to do everything, and even then I probably would've gotten it back same-day if they hadn't had to wait for a part to come in. Customer service was excellent. They answered all my stupid questions and were always friendly. They also sent me a hand-written thank you letter about a week later with a bunch of coupons inside. These guys are amazing!! I was traveling and my AC went out and I have an 8 month old so that wasn't going to work. Well I called around and everyone was booked out. And to be honest I think these guys were too! They had a lot on their hands and they worked me into the schedule and got it done! They were very clear with what was happening and how much longer it would take and they were honest about bumps in the road! Their staff was constantly working on my car despite the amount of work they already had, I appreciate them so much! On top of all that they were very upfront with price, and they stuck to that price even though it took longer than expected. They were all so sweet and very hardworking. They take people seriously! I was traveling on business when my car broke down, unfortunately it was on Saturday and this the only place open. I had to wait for 2.5 days before they could get the correct part on Monday, They never gave me a written quote on how much the repair would be then when I showed up to get my car they hit me with a bill for $505.00 for a job that anyone else in the area would have charged under $300.00 why because they were charging $349.00 for the mas air flow sensor that the DEALER charges $204.67 nothing like taking advantage of someone from out of town. I have read a lot of their reviews and this is not the first time they have done this to people. STAY AWAY - they will lie to your face and charge way to much for the service they provide!!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough. My family has been coming here through all of the name changes and they are always kind, professional, and honest about the work that needs to be done. My car has had its fair share of problems, but they know what to do and how to prevent future problems from happening. My 1999 Mazda is running like a charm at 250,000 miles and it's all thanks to everyone at CVA. Our company had a nightmare experience at Jiffy Lube in Logan. I called Cache Valley Auto they gave me the name of an awesome tow truck driver who picked up our company truck in the middle of nowhere, took it to cache valley auto and these guys took a look at it right away. Fixed the issue, drove it around for us to make sure that it was working properly. Stayed 45 minutes late to make sure that we were taken care of, and on top of that they didn't even charge us because it was an adjustment that was simple that should've been caught by Jiffy Lube.
