Went in for an oil change and emissions. After they finished, they claimed that our brakes were needing to be replaced. Went to a different mechanic to fact check their claim, that mechanic said we have a lot of life left in our brakes. It really sucks that they lied to us about our brakes. As a woman it's really hard to go in for car repairs because they always try to act like the car is about to die and if we don't drop $500 now we will regret it. We went in there to get an oil change on our car and ever since then we have been leaking. We have gone there not once but twice now to get it figured out and the second time we went in they said nothing was wrong but was pouring oil out, took it in to get our oil topped off And they never gave us a call and never even told us they weren't gonna fill it because they couldn't figure it out. I called and they said that we said not to fill not in fact NEVER called us when they said they were. We had to call them twice! Absolutely the worst place to go to. I went in for a simple oil change, not a Logan resident. The oil was changed and I received a call that said my front breaks were "metal on metal" and needed a replacement. I had my breaks replaced recently and didn't believe the man who called. I fact checked with a company that I trust, and they told me the breaks were perfectly fine and in no need of replacement. brought my vehicle in for an oil change, was educated on tire rotation services and that I should do it with my oil changes. The lady checking me in Hunter was very polite and had great customer service skills. She did have to get after one of the guys working there for yelling at her which I thought was very unprofessional of him since I was standing right next to her when he yelled at her claiming to be the assistant manager. I didn't get his name or care. After that i just knew he was an older guy with glasses ( id say mid 50's). one of the other guys came over and apologized and got started working on my car immediately. it was only the 3 of them. When Hunter cashed me out the professionalism was again implied and she even offered me a coupon for having witnessed that. ( yet she was the one who got yelled at ). My second visit was equally as fast however they came to me to try to upsell me on the cabin filter which I know how to change on my own, plus it's cheaper at AutoZone than they're marked up prices. For the first time ever I was told that there was a $9.99 charge to top off fluids... It's always free to top off. Well I went home to put coolant in my car and it literally took two capfuls and they were trying to charge me $10 to "top it off." THEY CRACKED MY OIL PAN AND LET MY WIFE DRIVE HOME WITH OIL POURING OUT OF MY CAR!! My wife took in our car to get a routine oil change while I was at work. We ended up paying double what we usually do, and when she got home the car was pouring out oil. We looked under the car and found that out oil pan had been cracked and jiffy lube had tried to patch it with silicone! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Now we have a car that we cannot drive due to all of the oil leaking out all over the ground. If you make a mistake, own it. Don't let a pregnant woman drive home a car that will leak all the oil out of a cracked oil pan! The manager just cared about his own ass and not the customer's needs. I had amazing customer service from Sing. I know almost nothing about vehicles and didn't even know how to figure out what type of mechanic to take my vehicle to when it stopped being able to accelerate. Sing went on a test drive with me so I could show him what was wrong and helped me figure out it was a transmission issue and from there I figured out where to take it. Would definitely go back. Jiffy Lube helped me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and how to fix it, even tho they themselves couldn't fix it. They told me where to go and didn't even charge me a dime. read more

Very slow with poor service. They used to be kinda slow but have decent service and nice staff. Over the last year that's all changes for the worst. I've had multiple time where I'll drop off my car for an inspection and then not hear from them for 3 or 4 hours. They rarely call or communicate. Staff always acts grumpy and angry. The last time (emphasis on last time) we went there we just needed a front right blinker replaced and an oil change. I told the guy to make sure to change the light. He said they'd get it. I handed my keys to him and emphasised to please get the light changed. He told me dismissively that "yeah, it's part of the service". We were the only car in the bay so he said it would take about 45 minutes. We wrote down our name and number so they could call us when done and wondered over to the mall to kill some time while waiting. After an hour and a half with no call we decided to walk back and check on the van. It was bairly pulling out of the bay when we walked up. So we went to the office to pay. He range up the total. I asked if the light got changed and he just went... "ugh.ugh... no..." I was like "that was one of the main reasons we came in". He told me that they don't do anything with out customer approval. I was like I good youb3 times and left my number but you never called. He then told me I could buy a bulb for a few dollars and replace it myself... sigh, yes I could but thought I'd save myself the trouble. Guess not I just stopped caring at that point. Paid and left. My daughter-in-law's sister, who is visiting from Brazil, took the car in for an oil change. The oil change had been paid for on Groupon and she only had to pay for the oil and filter, no labor. He took his car in the week before and paid an additional $7. The Brazilian went in, who speaks very little English, and they coerced her into paying for $390 of unnecessary maintenance. It was simply ethnic profiling of someone who does not speak hardly any English. She told them multiple times "Oil only", no more. Finally, at least they say, the coerced her into signing a paper after they had done the work. They included $170 for coolant change and it had a rebuilt engine with new coolant and less than 10K since new coolant. No way it needed to be done. My mechanic does a coolant change and a flush for $59.99. Most dishonest business I have ever dealt with in 50+ years. We are looking into small claims court and are going to dispute the charges with the credit card company. IF I could put a negative 10 review, they would get negative 11 read more

Just check and double check what they charge you. Almost had to pay $44 for an emissions test today. What?! They didn't process my prepay for an oil change correctly and just a heads up-Jiffy Lube is charging its costumers for PPE. Personally, I don't feel that's right. Especially when the guy who explained to me what the extra charge was for was not even wearing a mask or gloves. I'm giving two stars instead of one because he did waive the PPE fee for me since no one told me about it in advance and I disagreed with it. And because they did the oil change and emissions as I needed. In the past Jiffy Lube has really not been too bad to work with but this most recent experience just was not good at all and I strongly disagree with them charging costumers for their PPE that they are not even using properly or at all. read more

The people at this shop were very unprofessional, and didn't even know what type of engine was in my girls truck. Horrible customer service, they didn't even know what they were doing, didn't even know how to use the computers AT THEIR OWN SHOP, they were just all around terrible. When we first walked in, the workers were hitting someone else's car with a huge hammer trying to get the tires off of this car, they were also kicking the car. I have also never ever had to pay more than $50 for an oil change when they charged her $105.00. At first, they even told her that her total was going to be over $200.00 for an oil change?! Went in for an oil change. As I left, I noticed that the engine splash cover (plastic shield under engine) was nearly dragging on the ground. I looked under the hood to see that it was hanging by a single screw. I drove back to have them reattach it. After an hour and a half they told me they were done. I mistakingly drove off without examining it myself until I got home. When I checked under the car I saw that they had zip tied the cover onto whatever was close by. NOT PLEASED. read more

TL/DR: Go someplace else. Here's why: I went in for oil/filter change and state inspections. They promised 1hr 15minutes to an hour and a half. We asked them to call us when it was ready. Two hours later, no call. Waited an additional 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. The website listed on their coupon said no Emissions Inspection was needed in Cache County. They charged us for it, then said the law changed 3 years ago. I asked why their website apparently hadn't been updated in 3 years. "It's not our website", even though it lists their address on it. When we got to the car it had a red exclamation on it. They checked for an engine code, none was reported. After research, this can be caused by low oil. They checked again, found it was a quart low (they'd just filled it). After that, the light went away. They refunded $30 for the inspections, and offered a half-hearted apology. 5 minutes later I pulled into a gas station up the street and noticed one of my fancy metal valve stem caps is missing. I called them back. They're trying to find it. I'll update this review with what happens with that. Updates: - they didn't find my metal valve stem cap, but they had a spare metal one (that doesn't match). Guess it will have to do. - the Toyota dealer confirmed the red triangle was from an improper oil level. Go someplace else. read more

I went to get my car inspected there and they ended up doing the wrong procedure and then when I told them they were wrong they failed the inspection because I had "a piece of paint chipped off my car." When I went to talk to the manager it was a 20 year old girl with purple rimmed fake glasses on who didn't know what she was talking about so she just agreed with the worker. One of the workers there conveniently did paint jobs on cars too, so if I took it to him, they said they would pass me. Nope- I took my car somewhere else and it passed just fine. I know Jiffy Lube gets a bad rap, but man did I have the best customer service! I saw some oil on my driveway after we got an oil change from there. Concerned, I called and asked for the manager and Kylen (sorry if I misspelled the name) talked to me. I explained to him what was going on and he said he'd come to me to make things right. So, he came with a man named Jesse who was just as equally nice and they topped my oil off. Then they explained what the issue was and offered to fix it and give me another oil change free of charge. So, not only did the manager and assistant manager come to my house to fix an issue. They have done it free of charge. I've always liked Jiffy Lube, I've never had a bad experience. But this is the sort of thing that will have me coming back for life. I will recommend anyone to this Jiffy Lube. Really, just some top notch customer service. read more

I took my car in to get my safety/emissions and it failed the plate break test. after taking it to a auto shop I was told the breaks are fine and in good shape. The mechanic made some adjustments so it would pass but Jiffylube still failed it. I'll have my breaks visually inspected from now on. read more

Walked in and the waiting are was small and hot. It took 30 mins for them to call me and ask me what I wanted to do with the truck. It took them another 40 mins to finish and as soon as I started driving smoke started coming out from the hood. Went back and it took them about 15 mins to clean up the oil that they had overflowed. Jiffy Lube 30 E 1400 N, Logan, UT 84341 I went into the North Jiffy Lube looking for an emissions and tire rotation. The emissions went fine and everything but the tire rotation was hectic (didn't even get it done). The manager Kylan told me he could not do the rotate due to the tires not having even tread on all 4 tires. If I'm not mistaken you should rotate them due to the uneven tread. He then continued to tell me that it's "against the law" for jiffy lube to touch them with uneven tread. After asking to see such "law" manager Kylan couldn't show me anything. Kylan then told me that my tires were cupping as to why they can't do it as well.i sat there and tried to reason with him that they weren't cupping. Kylan then proceeded to tell me "we aren't a tire shop" so why would I trust him with telling me about my tires and how they are? I am currently at another shop and there is no cupping anywhere on the tires. And am getting my rotation done. Moral of the story, avoid the North Jiffy Lube location at all costs! They are lazy and just do not want to try to help you out! read more

Don't waste your time with this location. I've never had a problem with Jiffy Lube, before, but the customer service at this establishment was very poor. I came in for an emissions test, only to be told that their one and only "emissions guy" was not in, and to come back the next day. The next day rolled around, and I was told the exact same thing. Finally, on my third visit, the right person for the job was working, but he did not perform an emissions test as requested. All three times, I was treated dismissively. The employees are unprofessional and uneducated about their own coworkers' schedules and timeframes. Some don't even seem to know what services they offer. These guys are the worst. No integrity. My barely 16 year son went here for his first every oil change. He knows little. They took advantage of him as he asked for a regular oil change and he ended up with a complete $95 4 X 4 engine oil change on his 98 Subaru Legacy sedan. Why on Earth? This boy earns maybe a few hundred bucks a month and they took him for half of it because he didn't know better and he trusted them. He knows better now! I hope you all know better now. It is one thing to have slow service, but to have low integrity is same as dishonest. I wouldn't trust that they even do qualify work. Go anywhere else. They need to fire every single person in jiffy lube and start over!!!! I took my car in for safety and emissions today. The wait time was an hour and 15 minutes. Then it took them another hour just to do both tests. They fail my safety inspection for my battery not having the security bar on it, which had never been failed for that before by any other place in Utah that I've had it inspected at. They decide to tell me that it's illegal not to have it on there, and they would go to jail if they passed it without it on there. Bull crap!!!! That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard!!! Then I told them that I had a brake light out on the passenger side of the car and asked them to change while they did the inspection. The manager said they would. It NEVER got done. I had to take it back to them for a retest after they made me waste my time going to get a battery mount. I again told them they didn't change the light, and to do it like they said they would. They STILL didn't do it!! I tried to express my dissatisfaction to the manager who is Justin, and instead of letting me explain everything I needed to first, he just interrupted me and it me off with an arrogant tone of voice, which really ended for me, and started spouting off about the law and I don't need to tell him how to do his job, and I need to go talk to the highway patrol of I have a problem with it. Awful! Just awful service! They pushed the $45 signature oil change on us. We told them twice we wanted the $29.99 basic conventional oil change service. Twice! And what do we get charged? The $45 for the signature. When I go to talk to the head guy there, he says he spoke to use before and after. He completely lied to our faces--he didn't say a word to us. The $15 off coupon one of his workers recommended to us for a Signature Oil Change service only works in California, so it definitely felt like they were trying to wrangle us into the higher fees.
