My 2009 Yukon got banged up pretty good, JC auto was the only shop that had openings vs waiting a few weeks. I have too many issues to go into detail, but when they promise to fix and day after day I'm back at the shop with issues?? Like the disappearing running boards would go up & down while driving down the highway or my side mirrors were loose and come to find out were never replaced. And wires hanging from underneath that were never secured to the frame.. on and on!! Any questions you have, go in person! Don't call because no one gives a straight answer. The online progression concept is nice, if they remember to take pictures every step of the process. I recommend shop around before you come here

To top it off, they didn't even match the color of the car, poor job Maaco. You need to make this right. Don't ever take your cars to the Macao on Logan. I went back today and spoke with Eric who did the paint job. He had an arrogant attitude and said he takes pride in his work, but not on touch ups. He said he wasn't gonna redo it. Please people don't go to Macao. And stay away from arrogant Eric.

Maaco gave me a better quote than any of the competing companies, then offered to fix some unrelated damage on my hood for a discount since it would already be in the shop. Just to be sure I was getting a good quote on that, I asked another company for an additional quote on the hood, and sure enough Macao's quote was significantly better. In the end I had both the accident repair and the hood done at Maaco. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were done much quicker than I had originally been told it would be. The staff was also super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I simple can't say enough good things about these guys!

I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Then they gave me my keys back and said it would be $80. Also they didn't even find or fix the problem. They didn't seem to really give a crap that I was there and they seemed quite annoyed that I was asking them to do their jobs. Also the part that was under warranty fell apart and they still won't fix it. Definitely steer clear! "Let's think about this for a sec, Ted, why do they put a guarantee on a box? Hmm, very interesting. Here's how I see it. A guy puts a guarantee on the box 'cause he wants you to fell all warm and toasty inside. 'Course it does. Ya think if you leave that box under your pillow at night, the Guarantee Fairy might come by and leave a quarter The point is, how do you know the Guarantee Fairy isn't a crazy glue sniffer? "Building model airplanes" says the little fairy, but we're not buying it. Next thing you know, there's money missing off the dresser and your daughter's knocked up, I seen it a hundred times.
