I took my fifth wheel toy hauler to Utah RV Parts and Repairs in Garland, Utah to have my fridge…read morefixed. The "technician" determined that it needed a new cooling element. I paid nearly $700 for the part and replacement on my existing fridge. Long story short.... The new cooling element was damaged while being installed. I had a vacation coming up that was prepaid at 3 different RV Camps in Southern Utah, for 2 nights at each, for my unit and my neighbor also had a space for their trailer. There was still a few weeks for them to fix my fridge. Well.... The fridge didn't get fixed. They had it for 2 MONTHS, and I still don't have a fridge. I couldn't get full reimbursement from the RV Parks, so I am now out an additional $550+ for a vacation that I cannot go on. Now, Scott (the owner) has a plan. He will install a new fridge to make up for it and reimburse my RV Park losses. Fast forward another 3 weeks+.... I have a used fridge that was forced into the hole virtually springing the cabinet open, and a half inch gap above the fridge. There are 7 mounting screws in the freezer. One is at an angle, 2 others are tight and four can be turned with a fingernail. I have lost the nearly $700 paid for a cooling element that would have had a 3 year warranty, and have a used fridge (missing the top trim of BOTH doors) with no warranty, no reimbursements for a missed vacation, and a refusal to finish the installation because I called their work "pathetic". Nearly 3 months to repair an RV fridge.... and Scott is upset because I have an "attitude".

Dropped off a Husqvarna weed trimmer in March for a recall, after three weeks called, not ready. He…read moredid call back and stated parts might be received in a week or two but no guarantee. It has already been three weeks; therefore, I contacted the manufacture who basically told me nothing they could do and just wait and watch weeds grow. Contacted selling retailer; Lowes, and they, knowing good customer service, told me to bring it in the next day and they would exchange for a new one. Problem solved; or so I thought. Up until this moment, I had NO problem with Ken's Rec world, I was NOT blaming him for not having the parts, I was blaming Husqvarna. But that changed when I went to PU the trimmer. Went to Ken's next morning and at first, Ken actually said he cannot give it to me. MY PROPERTY and he says he cannot give it to me. BS. I told him he can, it is mine and if not it will be considered theft and I will contact the authorities and/or sue him. He said fine. He then changed his mind and said he will give it to me if I PAID FOR THE PART the, per Ken, is not even in stock and NOT installed on the trimmer. I told him to shove it. The part is free since it it is covered under a federally mandated recall due to the trimmer possibly catching fire. We exchanged a few words, he told me to leave; at which point I immediately left since his employees in the back were talking my way in a threatening manner. I then called Husqvarna and they agreed, the part is free, and even if the part comes in for that exact trimmer, there will be more trimmers coming in under the recall and he could use it under one of the others coming in or may already have. At this time, i am waiting for Husqvarna to call back since they are going to contact the Ken who is attempting to steal my trimmer. For what reason I have no idea. It sat in his back room, they have DONE NO WORK nor REPLACED ANY PARTS. I suggest anyone doing business with this guy, Ken, beware of his practices. On April 17, I did pick up the unfixed trimmer, thanks to Husqvarna contacting Ken's and getting him to release the trimmer. It is not repaired, and I know that. However, Ken had contacted Lowes in regard to me, and not sure why, other than to stop any deal I had with Lowes in regard to exchanging the unit. I guess he thought he was doing the right thing but it appears he was just interfering with the exchange. So in my mind, his review would be at a minus not just a one star.

Dropped off my jeep a month ago. Got called last week. Told what it was going to cost to fix it…read morethat the warranty only covered the parts. I checked with a manufacturer that was not true. Let them know I'd be up here today Monday to pick it up, they said that it wasn't ready to go. They had to put it together, so we went to lunch came back. The jeep was not put together. The mechanic wanted to sit and argue and yell and swear and call people names. Told me that needed a new engine when It came in for an oil leak around Seal. Picked up the machine it was in pieces. They didn't put anything back together.

I wanted a Spring Tune Up for an older RZR and Tracy was very willing to do the work and at a cost that was at least 30% less than the dealership down the road was charging. Work was completed in a very timely manner and Tracy ran me through some "Do's" and "Don'ts" to keep my machine running at its best. He kept the old parts to show me what was changed out and made sure the machine was tip top before giving it back. He works on just about anything with an engine here and there were a slew of 4 wheeler's, 2 wheeler's and UTVs at his shop that he is working on. I will recommend this place to all of my friends and family going forward.
