They are OK...ish... I almost feel like I donated them half a star. I feel like they do belong…read moreright in the very middle. For the area they are very decent and have some oils, filters, lawnmower batteries and other parts that are priced not above their market value which is the great plus. Some automotive stores here sell overpriced parts that can be bought cheaper even in the suburbs of Chicago where the official median income is $70000 per household compared to $42000 in Poky. The only thing they might need to work on is their customer service skills. First I think they try too hard on overselling stuff I am a simple man and I do not drive a $60 000 car so trying to charge me $80 for 2 air filters sounds unreasonable especially after I mentioned to sale's dude that usual price is about $30 for both your rep tells me that I am mistaken and that is what the current prices are for air filters I understand how sales works and someone has to purchase the expensive items as well, but after a customer demonstrates some knowledge and asks you about a particular item the attempts to keep pushing the overpriced crap should be abolished in my opinion. Another thing is we all exist in time and space and plan our limited precious time on Earth in a certain way. If I call your store I am trying to save me some time and I do not have all day otherwise I would have stopped by personally, waited in line and asked in person, so when I have few minutes to spare and call you during my short break and your rep answers with "Hello, can you hold I am with the customer " it certainly raises my eyebrows. And who do you really think am I to you? Sorry if I sent the wrong message, but I don't wanna be your friend and I don't wanna be your lover. Just another customer who might go elsewhere where the reps got time to answer the phone calls they pick, you know. That simple. If you are too busy to answer the phone call, why would you pick up the phone? If you are with another customer finish what you are doing and then pick up the phone or call me back. While trying to be with 2 customers at once you are just risking of losing them both. Designate a dude to answer the phone or something. All I wanted to know was if you guys have the item in stock and ended up purchasing it elsewhere.

My friend started to remove the engine head but was told to leave because it was closing time. The next day (Thursday, November 20, 2013), I drove him back to get the part. He then spent 2 hours removing the engine head before seeing that the part was broken. My friend went into the main office and asked for his money back. He was told to ask the owner, who was in another part of the lot. So I drove my friend over to the owner and my friend asked about a refund. The owner told my friend that he would refund the money and that he would be back to the office in a few minutes. Once the owner got back to the office, he then refused to refund my friend's money, saying my friend was rude and interrupted another customer. My friend was then asked to leave. I then went into the main office to talk to the owner. I brought up the refund and that my friend only wanted his $45 back. The owner then began to raise his voice and step towards me saying I shouldn't get involved. I mentioned that he did not have any "As Is" or "No refunds, returns, or exchanges" signs. His response was, "None of that. I don't need any lip." The owner asked if my friend had a receipt and I told him that he was not given one. His response to that was "Well if he doesn't have a receipt, he can't do anything, now can he?" I reiterated that he was not given a receipt and he only wanted his money back. The owner then stepped towards me, aggressively jabbed his finger in my face, and said, "I want you to get your ass off my property." I started walking towards the door and informed the owner that I would be posting negative reviews of his customer service and company, and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He responded by telling me, "Then I'm going to sue you for blackmail!" I asked him on what grounds. He told me, "For lies!" I left.
