We walked in to East Fork Bikes at the end of the day with issues with both of our bikes and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. They were kind enough to do some minor fixes on our bikes in order get us back in our way so we could keep going on our trip. Thanks guys!! You are awesome!

    Heard a lot of good things from this place over the years and finally got to check it out. Needed…read moreone of my brakes bled and was well priced to get it done. Turned out the bled both my brakes when I just needed one, because I already bled the other brake and they charged me for the other brake. I didn't care too much, whatever, it was cheap... Immediately took it out for a test run and noticed a grinding noise coming from somewhere and realized something was bent and causing it to shave off metal shavings. I took it back, because obviously they must have somehow done something to have caused this, because it was not like this when I took it in. They explained there was no way to they could have damaged it while bleeding the brakes, but I feel like they took my bike for a joy ride and hot rodded the poor thing. Whatever, again, I paid them to fix it. Several weeks go by and missed out of a lot of excursions, but thought it would be worth it. Again, it was decently priced to get the parts and labor. The owner said something about everything being tip top shape...BIG LIE...took it out for a ride around the block and the shifting is absolutely messed up. Not even going to bother with any confrontation and take it to a shop that doesn't' purposely fuck with my shit and try charging me more to fix issues that they caused.

As a customer, I have encountered significant delays, unresponsive communication, and overall dissatisfaction with the repair processes for my products. Allow me to elaborate on my experiences: Asurion: Despite having a newly purchased warranty, the speed of service has been abysmal. My claim has been pending completion for an unreasonable amount of time, and I am left without a resolution. The lack of transparency and updates regarding my repair status is unacceptable. I expected better communication from a reputable company like Asurion. Service request 1835040391 LEVT timeline: 30 May- purchased a Ebike for $576 on Amazon and got the asurion coverage. 4 June- received it. 25 June - Submitted asruion came because my sone hit the curb when he got a flat tire and bent the rear disc brake disc. 26 June - Submitted all information and picture again to LEVT as requested. Spent 30 mins on phone. Note LEVT is the only Asurion third party who handles bike repairs and google reflects its poor speed of service. 03 July - Answered all previous submitted question again to LEVT and submitted more pictures. Spent 25 mins on phone. 08 July - had to take a measurement of the two holes for screws and sent it in. 11 July - called and complained to Asurion. They transferred me to LEVt and spoke to them again. LEVT stated they are waiting on Totem to send them a link for the parts in order to get authorized. 15 July - Called LEVT and textedd them no updates. Throughout the process I did not get updates I had to call numerous times and wait until I got through. Most of the time the phone system hangs up on you. 25 July - Called LEVT again and they stated they got the link the last time we spoke and recently attempted to use the link but the link did not work. So either they procrastinated on using the link in a timely manner or Totem sent them a bad link. LEVT: My experience with LEVT has been frustrating. The lack of clarity regarding warranty coverage and repair timelines is infuriating. As a customer, I expect better communication and faster resolution times. LEVT's handling of my broken product has left me dissatisfied. It is essential that LEVT reevaluates its repair procedures and ensures a smoother experience for customers.

When i ask if i will ever get my scooter back this year or maybe next year they have no update. Amazon and Asurian said they would repair it in 7 to 10 business days and now it's been two months.
