The next week when the technition came to install it and was unsuccessful he left the equipment and an invoice that was much higher than the original quote. Five months later the technition came and picked up the useless equipment and Sound Source sent an invoice for labor! The equipment was never installed or used. I have contacted the BBB and will NEVER go back or reccomend Sound Source to anyone. To charge someone for an unsuccessful install after giving quote AND having the never used equipment returned doesn't even make sense! Lack of communication and attention between customer and staff…read more To start off, my wife and I had to wait for assistance for a new tv for a long time until we went up to the counter for help. As we went up, we noticed a group of employees together just talking and hanging out. We eventually got the help and got the tv. However, we had to schedule a delivery appointment and that's where it continued to get worse. We a scheduled the delivery appointment but the delivery truck broke down on the way to our home (which I understand is out of control). We then had to schedule ANOTHER appointment much more days in advance. Once the day arrived, we noticed that the tv never came and had to call another employee not from the store. He then told us about the lack of communication from the store on why the tv never delivered and schedule ANOTHER delivery day. We're still waiting on what happens next. You're better off going somewhere else if you don't want unresponsive and irresponsible people to help you out.

They quoted me some prices and said they could get around to it in 2-3 weeks, which seemed unfair. I then found Limitless Electronics (on yelp). They looked at my JL stealth speakers and amplifier for my '17 Tundra and told me several different options that I could do to get the most out of them. They understood that I wanted them installed sooner rather than later, so they arranged to get me in right away. Honestly, I wished I had known they existed before I bought from the online store because (surprisingly) I could have gotten a better deal from limitless - had I just purchased the speakers through them. Anyways. Every major boat and car dealership gets their stuff done by them. They were working on Malibu boats and classic trucks and cars while mine was in the shop for the day. Pretty awesome. Anyways. Great store. And the truck sounds ridiculously amazing.

AWFUL QUALITY!!! DO NOT EVER GO TO ATOMIK AUDIO!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I had an absolutely…read moreterrible experience with Atomik Audio. Morgan could not have scammed me harder. I was recommended Atomik Audio by one of my friends who had gotten subs installed by Morgan. He did a great job on my friend's subs but Morgan completely scammed me. I asked him for two 12 inch skar subs and for him to replace my oem stereo which was going out. All he had to do was buy the kit from skar and find a stereo that actually worked. This ended up costing me about 1100$. First of all, he used the cheapest possible components. The amp i found for 75$ on Amazon, the garbage stereo he installed was $125 on Amazon, and the box (which was made of particle board) I found for $65 on eBay. So, I ended up paying around 800$ for labor alone. Not to mention the atrocious wiring job. That would all be fine if the setup actually worked. When I first got the car back the subs worked but only barely. Then, when the weather started getting colder, the garbage amp and cheap stereo killed my battery every single night to the point where a jump pack wouldn't even start the car. I ended up having to replace the amp and stereo which made the subs work much better and quit killing my battery. That worked for a while until the cheap box started blowing itself apart because it's made of particle board. This caused the connection between the new amp and the subs to disengage and fry the amp. Now, the subs don't work and I'm out 1500$. Some may not think that's very much money but I am a broke kid. Again I say DO NOT EVER GO TO ATOMIK AUDIO!!!
