So let me start off by saying this, a few years back, I hot a deer, insurance had me go to someone in network, Prestige in pocatello, well once I got my car back from them, I had flying parts come off my car on the freeway, unknown leaks, going forward I couldn't go back to prestige since they up and disappeared, so I got told by insurance to go to Jeep dealership in pocatello...DONT EVER GO THERE. They lied about replacing my new radiator, they told me radiators in 2017 jeeps are known and common go have leaks every 2 years.. i am not dumb..so years later, all the parts that were supposed to BE WARRANTIED for as long as I have or drive the car, and parts and service Jeep & Prestige got paid to do, BUT didn't not do, this place tore the Jeep down, found several issues and pieces installed incorrectly, warped parts and pieces, cracks in brand new parts that shouldn't be cracked! Take your vehicle here. They did such a PHENOMENAL JOB. There was constant communication between Irene and Angie on any updates, status of parts, and direct communication by via text and call! I even got photos! They also made sure to answer all my questions and reassured me every step of the way! I was beyond frustrated when I called to schedule and they were beyond helpful and so much more! These 2 ladies HAVE MADE 5 years of back and forth without having my car for months at a time. They got it all finished, detailed even, and ready all in 1 week!

By some miracle or other, the vehicle didn't flip and I survived to tell the tale. The front end damage to my car (now renamed "Cliff") was pretty substantial and I thought that he was surely a goner. Well he wasn't. The damage was estimated by insurance to be just below a "total loss". My coworkers (and insurance agency) recommended Prestige. Cliff was as good as new within a month. Wonderful matching paint job on the new parts. We heard an odd rattle a week after getting the car back and Prestige was happy to adjust the offending bolt. Owners and staff are very pleasant to deal with, especially after such a terrible ordeal as the accident. Over a year later and all Cliff has to say is "What accident!?" A+ service.

Did they forget to put it back ? Those questions now will have to remain unanswered.Shortly after that the vehicle developed some weird electrical issues... Was it a coincidence ? If it was an older vehicle it might be the option , but ours was relatively fresh and low on miles. I think J&J does better job in Pocatello area.
