By some miracle or other, the vehicle didn't flip and I survived to tell the tale. The front end damage to my car (now renamed "Cliff") was pretty substantial and I thought that he was surely a goner. Well he wasn't. The damage was estimated by insurance to be just below a "total loss". My coworkers (and insurance agency) recommended Prestige. Cliff was as good as new within a month. Wonderful matching paint job on the new parts. We heard an odd rattle a week after getting the car back and Prestige was happy to adjust the offending bolt. Owners and staff are very pleasant to deal with, especially after such a terrible ordeal as the accident. Over a year later and all Cliff has to say is "What accident!?" A+ service.

This is not a trivial repair and some shops will not even attempt it and consider the vehicle totaled due to the cost to replace the structure rather than repair it. The team at Jacks is fantastic to work with Kendall and Mike were supportive through the entire process. The repair was done well and the cost was within the estimate. So let me start off by saying this, a few years back, I hot a deer, insurance had me go to someone in network, Prestige in pocatello, well once I got my car back from them, I had flying parts come off my car on the freeway, unknown leaks, going forward I couldn't go back to prestige since they up and disappeared, so I got told by insurance to go to Jeep dealership in pocatello...DONT EVER GO THERE. They lied about replacing my new radiator, they told me radiators in 2017 jeeps are known and common go have leaks every 2 years.. i am not dumb..so years later, all the parts that were supposed to BE WARRANTIED for as long as I have or drive the car, and parts and service Jeep & Prestige got paid to do, BUT didn't not do, this place tore the Jeep down, found several issues and pieces installed incorrectly, warped parts and pieces, cracks in brand new parts that shouldn't be cracked! Take your vehicle here. They did such a PHENOMENAL JOB. There was constant communication between Irene and Angie on any updates, status of parts, and direct communication by via text and call! I even got photos! They also made sure to answer all my questions and reassured me every step of the way! I was beyond frustrated when I called to schedule and they were beyond helpful and so much more! These 2 ladies HAVE MADE 5 years of back and forth without having my car for months at a time. They got it all finished, detailed even, and ready all in 1 week!

Had to call three times to ask for the price of the service that was being done on my truck which…read morewas an oil change and right rear berring leak. Response was "oh I don't know. It's going to be pricey." Guy on phone estimated and told me $30 for the seal. That's the only price he told me regarding an estimated cost. I knew it wouldn't be just $30. When it was done that's when I got the actual price. Over $700. And got charged around $130 for a $30 part including overnight shipping. Was told the first seal didn't take which was a red flag. I was also charged 8.99 for windshield wiper top off. That could've been a price said over the phone if it was I wouldn't have authorized it (actually didn't when I dropped truck off because I only said an oil change and the berring seal.) since I have wiper fluid at home. I paid and drove the truck home and to work next day. Not even 60 miles since work was done and the berring seal was leaking again. I drove back to Bill and Mikes and told them. Bring it back they said. Since I had a terrible experience with them with just getting transparency on pricing of the work being done I took it to a certified ASE mechanic. After he took everything apart he informed me that Bill and Mikes didn't have the right tool for the seal job and they pried the old seal out with a chisel damaging the seal seat. See attached pictures. They also didn't have the right tool to install the new seal as that was damaged too. Hence why the new seal bill and mikes installed leaked immediately because it was already damaged from the mechanic jamming it in. He also informed me that they stripped the differential fluid bolt and broke something on my rear brake. The brakes weren't bleed through correctly when I drove it away from Bill and Mikes because I had to press the pedal all the way to floor to stop. I had to spend the same amount of money to fix it correctly with a different mechanic. I wish to get a full refund for the work Bill and Mikes did on the berring seal. They shouldn't offer this service if the mechanic doesn't have the right tools for the job. I won't be taking my vehicles here ever again. My experience summed up: 1) dodgy with price transparency 2) did a terrible job and didn't fix the problem 3) damaged my truck more after their service.
