So I've been searching for a particular model of Jetta and when it was available and the timing was right I lept at the chance to buy it from Ridgeline. I called their sales office (I believe it was Cameron that I spoke with) On a Friday afternoon and let them know that I was a just purchased I also let them know that I would be driving up from Salt Lake so to keep that in mind when showing it to other people (Yes, I understand first come first served, But based on the 8000 mile difference between what was on the website and what he quoted me on the car, I take it that they had that car for a while). He let me know that because of some issues that the building was having that they wouldn't be open on Saturday and to come up on Monday if the car was still available, and to call them before I drove up. Monday came, I made sure that I had financing lined up, that a car that I wanted to trade in for it was cleaned out, and called Cameron. I was kicked to voice mail. I called two more times and was kicked to voicemail. So, I began the 200 mile drive from where I was located in Utah to Pocatello, calling every 30 minutes trying to get through to verify a few things about the car. Each time I called I was kicked to voicemail. In all, I called seven times only to be pushed to voicemail each time. I finally arrived at the lot, and the car was still parked. Which is good. Unfortunately, when I walked in the dealership, I was informed that there was a buyer trying to secure Financing. I let them know that I had financing secured and that I was here to take a look at the Jetta. I did let them know who I was and Cameron remember speaking with me. We went out to the car, and the second he opened the driver side door my hopes were shattered. He had been using this car as a personal driver and it had been smoked in. And not just smoked in, the thing was basically a gigantic ashtray. He also let me know that the check engine light had turned on due to an O2 sensor that needs to be replaced. That wasn't necessarily a big deal to me. The issue that I had is that he had treated their merchandise as if it were something that belonged to him, basically destroying a limited edition vehicle (70 of 1200, even says so on the steering wheel) in the process. Ultimately what I'm most upset about is the fact that I called so many times and the call was kicked to voicemail each time. In fact, when I brought that up with Cameron he said that his phone had been blowing up all day, and that he wasn't getting all of his calls. meanwhile at that exact moment his phone was ringing and he kicked it to voicemail. These guys wasted my entire day. I can make back lost money, I can even pay to replace parts on my car that may have gone bad because of the drive. But I cannot get time back. I would give them zero stars if I absolutely could. one star is being incredibly generous. **edit** Two years later, the same guy from ridge line sent me a message on Facebook, telling me they had another one of the same cars on hand. They will stalk you and won't leave you alone. Avoid these people like the plague. **edit #2** Cameron attempted to call me via facebook messenger, then proceeded to call me a loser and harass me. I can't even with this guy..

As a financial professional I have worked with numerous auto dealerships over the course of my 34 year career. The achilles heel of any small business is talent. Having Teresa Nelson with her years of experience in franchising, an MBA from Idaho State University, and a few businesses under her belt has been a "level up" for this dealership. The additional selection of floored vehicles is also a nice touch. The business model of locating your exact vehicle, making your order, having them go to auction for the purchase to bring it back to Pocatello is unique. Saving money on reconditioning (which dealerships tend to charge) is also a nice touch. I would certainly recommend One Stop Auto Sales. I have read other reviews which makes me add the last recommendation. Freaking buy an aftermarket warranty when you buy a used car. Worth every penny. Every used car purchase you are taking is a calculated risk.

It wasn't until after finishing the paperwork that they offered a warranty, but they made a big deal to reprint and start over. Since buying this truck I have had nothing but problems. I returned home and the check engine light popped on, saying that my cat was running low efficiency. I had my buddy that is a mechanic look at it. He proceeded to tell me that the code had been deleted recently. I called One stop Auto sales and Gregg said run some cat a clean through it and it will be fine. Not having a care in the world that the truck was having problems the day I bought it. Gregg also said "not my car nothing I can do". The check engine light is still on even after multiple repairs have been made to try to resolve the problem. A couple days later I called again asking if they even ran it through a shop, Gregg said they did and that they had a mechanic look at it and did services. Well after getting an oil change today, I definitely don't think they did. When getting my oil change, the company doing it made me aware that no other fluids had ever been serviced. And to go along with that they also told me that I needed an aliment and that a bolt that was missing to do part of the aliment so they would need to order a kit. People do not buy from this dealership. The cars they sell have problems that they know about but they hide them and sweep them under the rug.

If you're considering buying a car from Courtesy Ford, I highly recommend it. However, I would advise against getting your car serviced there. I took my car in for two recalls and key programming. One recall required simply plugging the computer into the car, while the other involved removing the interior panel and installing retention clips. When I received the car, the warranty panel was not installed or removed correctly. The technician neglected to check his work or use the appropriate tools for the job. As a result, I had scuff marks on my plastics because he used a flathead screwdriver to pry off the interior panels instead of the proper interior plastic removal tool. I notified the service department the next day and drove in so the service advisor could take photos of the issue. It was a Saturday, and the advisor informed me that he had sent an email to my service advisor with the recalls and that I should receive a call the following Monday. It was about an hour before they closed, and I hadn't received a phone call. Frustrated, I decided to write this review instead. I have the tools and knowledge to remove and install the panel correctly, so I don't want to take my car back to Courtesy Ford for them to mess it up again. I simply want an acknowledgment from Courtesy Ford that they need to be more professional and adhere to a higher quality standard when working on customers' cars.

I asked if he needed a deposit and he said "no, you're first, no deposit needed." Since then I have spoken to Casey no less than 3 times and each and every time, I asked if he needed a deposit and he said "no." We even discussed a preferred color. Yesterday, 6 March, I went in for my oil change in my Tundra and asked him when he thought our TRD PRO would be allocated / received by the dealership and if we could give him a deposit. He proceeds to tell me there are already several people in front of us on the waiting list. Really Casey? He came up with some BS story that he thought i wanted to test ride one first, which was a complete LIE. When I called him out on it, he said "I'm not going to be talked to like this." Talked to how? Factually and honestly? Casey is the owner's hunting buddy so I'm sure nothing will come of this review. Here are a few adjectives I would use to describe the sales department under Casey's "leadership" or lack thereof: Dishonest, offensive, deceptive, good-ol-boy, disappointing, disingenuous, untrustworthy, irresponsible, arrogant and conniving. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

I am that mature l even remember buying brand new car from them at the old location and we bought and financed from Nissan/Kia at least 3 in the last decade. Dealerships are here to make money and to keep inventory moving so as long as you all agree on the numbers everyone should be happy. Live and let live, unless, of course there is a disagreement about the price or a service. Certain things I can do and would not require any assistance with cabin or air filters. If one of the major parts fails I'd prefer someone else to fix it for me. It is a shame that David is gone as he was probably one of the best mechanics in this area and I could discuss and correct any technical concern I had like when they sold me wrong battery size (24 instead of 35) etc. Now there is a reason I change my own oil. We reside out of town and bringing car in was a minor inconvenience as I had to leave it for a day, then come with another vehicle and grab it. One day I left my car for an oil change and was promptly billed for it and reassured it was all done. I found the vehicle at the very same spot it was left by me and according to the odometer it was not moved for 1/10 of a mile since I parked it. In theory it is only possible if they drove it to the bay and then backed it up into the same very spot in the middle of a busy day. Ok, the oil appeared much darker and more consistent with the oil that had been used for few thousand miles than the freshly filled one. Inquired about it next day and was reassured it was all done and they just switched to a different darker looking brand of oil for changes. I was not born yesterday. Spouse stated she gets better mpg after I change hers myself. Lately they nickel-and-dime even customers buying parts that are not very unique. Adding 3% fee to card transactions is just ridiculous. Do you realize your best sales efforts are being rewarded by people who spend more than they ever should and it is all done electronically? Wake up. It is 2025. Most transactions are electronic. There are even non-profits who figured how to accept cashless donations. You are not a struggling ethnic restaurant and the owner is not your typical "Pocatellan pooh boy" as he owns at least 2 other dealerships one in town and the other in a different state. On a bright side they never sold a stolen vehicle to a family member like Phil Meador did.
