Be Aware!!! Do NOT go to this place! I watched as their "forewoman" brought around the same EXACT air filter and cabin filter to each person in the waiting room asking them if they wanted one or both replaced. It looked as if they just dumped what they just vacuumed out of the vehicle onto the cabin filter. The filter was the exact size and shape for the midsized car, compact car, diesel, and 1500 truck they were "working" on. Each vehicle has unique sizes and shape for the vehicle. Yet their "prop" filters they brought out were the same size and shape for EACH vehicle. Meanwhile, they had oil or some residue on their gloves or rags and while washing the windows smearing all around on the glass making it both difficult to see through and the poor attempt at cleaning them. I normally go to my dealership to have them take care of if my vehicle. I was in a hurry. This place ended up costing me double!!!! Their cute forewoman is meant to be a distraction and novelty so you are enamored enough to miss the con. I WILL BE TAKING IT OVER TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THEM TO A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION. who knows what they did or didn't do in the near 2 hour service. They are running quite the scam. read more

I got an oil change here around 4 months ago and now my car is in the shop. My mechanic told me that the oil was dirty and overfilled, which was causing major issues to my engine. They tried to seriously up charge me with useless additions that would've added around 300$ to an 80$ oil change. I am a woman, so I am used to being up charged but this was ridiculous. 0/10 Do Not get an oil change here. read more

I'm normally a Jiffy Lube guy but this place sent out a coupon in the mail stating that the service for full synthetic was 59.99 minus 15 dollars off. The coupon was from this specific location and even had a map pin printed on the plastic coupon for this specific store. I thought I'd give them a try and depart from Jiffy Lube. I pull up and they tell me the price for full synthetic is actually 10 dollars more and that the coupon was wrong and wouldn't be honored. The guy kept trying to sell me all kinds of stuff like wipers and tire rotation when I stated three times all I wanted was a LOF. He told me he was required to try and sell me these other items. I decided this isn't what I wanted and said I'll just go to Jiffy Lube. He shouted my plate to another employee presumably to put me on the "do not fly list" for them. Don't worry folks. I'll go to Jiffy Lube from here on out. You'll never see my plate again! At least you when Jiffy sends out coupons they honor them and they are low pressure on up-sales and they don't misrepresent themselves. In a market place where there are SO many other options out there maybe they should be a bit nicer and bit more honest. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. Called in at 11:30 am for a pick up at home to the store for an oil change. Was told there would be a 4 hr window. After 4 hours I called to find out where they were they told me they got really busy and didn't have time to come get it but would send someone right away. That was at 3:37. At 4:47 still no one had shown up. The store closes at 5:00. I called again and spoke to the manager and he again told me they got busy. I reminded him that I had made an appointment for exactly that reason. At 4:58 the man picked up my car. An entire day wasted. I will not be going back read more

My wife had an oil change a few weeks back at this location, her car near immediately developed a leak so it was marking its spot wherever it was parked. I took the vehicle in to have the team at Grease Monkey look into the situation. These people were all over getting the problem defined and the issue addressed. It turned out to be a bad gasket on the oil plug. All hands were on deck, they effected a repair, topped of the fluid levels and I was on my way! Great team! Really thankful for their services. I didnt feel pushed to get extra services and in the end, Christian pulled me aside to show me everything they worked on and showed me things that might need work in the future. The most important thing was when he took me to my car, he visibly showed me that everything was tightened, that the oil was clean and full, helped me check the dashboard for lights, and before driving away, made sure I had a service sticker in the window. I've never been walked through like that at any place I've gotten an oil change and it makes me consider returning to this place and recommending them just because it was so thoughtful. read more

A friend kept telling me to go to Grease Monkey. She'd tell me the guys were very nice, were quick yet thorough, and she knew she was in good hands. I would go to a large retailer to get my oil changed because convenience, but I won't anymore. I came to Grease Monkey with my kids (that actually worried me) and had a great experience. Every single guy there was courteous and did a great job. The waiting area had toys, popcorn, foam cups, and soda, coffee, and water. My kids were definitely set, but really the oil change was so quick, they ended up not playing for very long. Not complaining! I called my husband and he came over too; so we got both cars done in less time than it usually takes to get one done. They also cleaned up the inside of the car some (vacuuming and picking up). Before I left another man came over and went through everything on the car (that they did) to make sure I was satisfied. Great job guys! Keep up the awesome work! read more
