They started out to be responsive and very helpful. They found us the best deal with cash back and arranged for installation. We thought everything was going well and would be as they promised. However, after set up they completely forgot about us. They didn't submit the forms correctly to get the rebate promised. We kept waiting for it to happen. Every time we called about it they said they would fix it. They never did. They finally said they'd split the rebate since it was too late to fix with the provider and they'd just have to pay it. Not our fault they didn't do it right the first time, but I guess we got something. We will never use them again. Next time we will just deal with the 800 number of the big company instead of trying to go local. Very disappointing service after the sell.

Okay captain entitled, get off your high horse. Joking aside, I think their recent promotions to try and lock customers into their service show how panicked they are, and how much they were relying on a borderline monopoly to extort money from a group of hostage customers.
