It is now past mid-June and nothing. In fact, these people haven't reached out to me ONE time with a status update. And the 4 times I've called, I've heard the exact same thing. "It should be there the 1st week of April.....oh" (this was in may). A half-hearted apology followed with a promise to reach out and get an updated delivery time....none of which happened. It's obvious these people couldn't care less if you get your furniture after the initial sale. I've never experienced a business so bad. Will never be coming back. Buyer beware. My husband and I recently purchased a King bed from Ashley, and we are officially lifelong fans of…read morethe brand! The quality is unmatched, and after sleeping on it, we can confidently say we will never buy a bed from anywhere else--Ashley has our loyalty. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, at the Idaho Falls location thanks to the incredible team. Devin, our salesman, was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through every detail, answering all our questions and ensuring we felt confident in our purchase. His professionalism and genuine care made a lasting impression. The warehouse team--Talon and Treyson--were equally impressive. They handled our new bed with so much care and precision while helping us load it up. It's clear they take pride in their work and prioritize customer satisfaction and product safety. And I can't say enough about Miranda in the back office. She isn't even part of the sales floor, yet she treated us with such warmth and hospitality. Her welcoming energy made us feel right at home and showed how much the team values every guest, no matter where they are in the store. This kind of customer service is rare and speaks volumes about the culture at this Ashley location. If you're considering shopping here--do it. You'll be taken care of from the moment you walk in to the moment you drive away. 1000/10 experience that absolutely deserves recognition!

Last year we bought a second home in Alpine Wyoming and bought quite a few pieces of furniture from…read morethe Ashley Idaho Falls store. The manager Devin Fuller helped me with my purchases which included a leather couch, two nightstands, a dresser, a king and queen mattress, an accent chair, and a few pieces of decor. The furniture delivery guys were awesome. They placed the furniture in our home exactly where we wanted and were careful not to damage our walls or door frame. And I was very happy with all the furniture I received. I know Ashley has lower-end furniture but if you want quality stuff, I recommend just reading the reviews online and asking for Devin's feedback. He will let you know what will last and what won't and is awesome to work with. In our primary home, we have a lot of Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn, the Ashley furniture is almost the same quality.

They've got everything from linens, to clothing (not an enormous selection of clothing here), to incredibly interesting and unique furniture pieces! I talked to one of the sales people and they said the closest location to me (Los Angeles) is in Vegas. :-/ Well, I'm going to drive over there with a truck and go to town! They don't have a website for ordering furniture. :-( Their pieces are made unique and inexpensive for this store. The quality is good, not flimsy by any means. They also told me that they are a distributor for a larger retailer. I'll bet they jack the price way up for that retailer. Pottery Barn? I'm not sure.

The first time I went in, I was not greeted and the employee on shift was sitting on the counter on her phone watching videos, then when I asked for a fitting room she said they close they're dressing rooms an hour early before close to sanitize them. Then today 5/4/23 I went in looking for a dress and spent less then five minutes in there because I wasn't once again not greeted and the employee could not get off her phone! Keep in mind there were a handful of customers in the store besides me, it was also a bit awkward with no music because it was so quiet but I can't be too upset with that. After I had asked a few times with no response about a necklace I had enough and decided to spend my money elsewhere, I hate leaving bad reviews but this has happened on more than one occasion and it's getting old!
