I'm 53 with orthopedic problems so really needed to exchange it with the softest version. I was told to try it for 30 days, so did, and they won't exchange it for less than $1,700. I'm so sad and my body hurts.

The manager Devin Fuller helped me with my purchases which included a leather couch, two nightstands, a dresser, a king and queen mattress, an accent chair, and a few pieces of decor. The furniture delivery guys were awesome. They placed the furniture in our home exactly where we wanted and were careful not to damage our walls or door frame. And I was very happy with all the furniture I received. I know Ashley has lower-end furniture but if you want quality stuff, I recommend just reading the reviews online and asking for Devin's feedback. He will let you know what will last and what won't and is awesome to work with. In our primary home, we have a lot of Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn, the Ashley furniture is almost the same quality.

Then today 5/4/23 I went in looking for a dress and spent less then five minutes in there because I wasn't once again not greeted and the employee could not get off her phone! Keep in mind there were a handful of customers in the store besides me, it was also a bit awkward with no music because it was so quiet but I can't be too upset with that. After I had asked a few times with no response about a necklace I had enough and decided to spend my money elsewhere, I hate leaving bad reviews but this has happened on more than one occasion and it's getting old! I talked to one of the sales people and they said the closest location to me (Los Angeles) is in Vegas. :-/ Well, I'm going to drive over there with a truck and go to town! They don't have a website for ordering furniture. :-( Their pieces are made unique and inexpensive for this store. The quality is good, not flimsy by any means. They also told me that they are a distributor for a larger retailer. I'll bet they jack the price way up for that retailer. Pottery Barn? I'm not sure.
