I asked if he needed a deposit and he said "no, you're first, no deposit needed." Since then I have spoken to Casey no less than 3 times and each and every time, I asked if he needed a deposit and he said "no." We even discussed a preferred color. Yesterday, 6 March, I went in for my oil change in my Tundra and asked him when he thought our TRD PRO would be allocated / received by the dealership and if we could give him a deposit. He proceeds to tell me there are already several people in front of us on the waiting list. Really Casey? He came up with some BS story that he thought i wanted to test ride one first, which was a complete LIE. When I called him out on it, he said "I'm not going to be talked to like this." Talked to how? Factually and honestly? Casey is the owner's hunting buddy so I'm sure nothing will come of this review. Here are a few adjectives I would use to describe the sales department under Casey's "leadership" or lack thereof: Dishonest, offensive, deceptive, good-ol-boy, disappointing, disingenuous, untrustworthy, irresponsible, arrogant and conniving. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

He took the time to hear my concerns, laid out a number of very affordable options, and talked through some things with me which made me feel very comfortable with my decision. The whole staff was warm and welcoming, the waiting area rivals the coffee shops/cafes in the area, and the warm chocolate cookies were the cherry on top. We posed this question to the locals and got amazing results. It happens there is one relatively large business in town on the main highway that leads ultimately to Yellowstone that sells snowmobiles, ATVs, motorcycles, and other recreational vehicles. And they just happen to be well stocked with warm winter jackets and vests, just the sort of thing Mr. B wanted. The locals called it Polaris, but it is actually PMS, Performance Motor Sports. The jackets were high quality, light weight, really nicely made, and attractive. Just one flaw. They didn't have his size....but ....they could get one in tomorrow. Problem #2. We were leaving Ashton tomorrow morning. A quick phone call by Manager Corbett (and I believe owner too) and it turns out their supplier, the wholesale manufacturer, had one, and they were about 35 miles down the road. Best of all, they were in the direction we were headed. So, we paid for it so he would get the sale and he arranged for us to pick it up instead of waiting around for delivery. Everybody was happy and it was just that simple. In a world where things can be so complicated, there are wonderful people who fully understand flexibility and customer service. I was riding g across country on my Goldwing and blew a tire. I call 4 other places in town including the Honda dealer. Only Rocky at YPS grasped the fact I was in trouble and needed help. He and Amber called all over to help find a tire. Got my bike in and got me on the road. They were clearly very busy and had to make sacrifice to help me out but they did it. I have far less charitable thoughts about some of the other places in town. But these guys were great I was tired, in an unfamiliar place and in a bind. The sales person was arrogant and condescending. my machine has been in there service apartment since October 28th (today is February 13) at first the commutation from the service department was ok but now I have not heard a word unless I call. Don't make the same mistake I did. I even talked to the corporate office all I got from them was the runaround. STAY AWAY! Do not make the same mistake I did.
