Never left the trailer and now trying to get it going for summer notice the car is not even 100% connected. It had like one or two threads. I'm sure on it but again don't recommend this place. I took my Kawasaki Teryx in because it was making a grinding noise. Young powersports diagnosed it and gave me an estimate of $4,099.11 for repair. I brought it home and my neighbor came and looked at it and said the estimate was ridiculous. He helped me fix it for $210 dollars. I replaced the front driver side bearings, the knuckle and the front brakes on both sides. We had to make very minor repairs to the wheels and put the original lugnuts back on but Young wanted to replace the front axle and nut, drivers front hub, driver front caliper and brake rotor and all 4 wheels plus what we replaced. I will never do business with any Young business again as I have had issues with Young subaru and Young honda as well. They are all crooks and price gougers. read more

If you are wanting quality customer service and sales personnel who are knowledgable, then DO NOT go here. First of the sales reps were not helpful and did not acknowledge us for 20 min we had to walk up to them and ask about the expedition we were interested in, ontop of that when I'd ask questions on finances and needing to see them on paper I got the "really" comment. Hello Yes, really I am customer and that is what I need to weigh out my pros and cons. I was not rude about it and my attitude was calm yet the customer service from sales was the worst I have experienced. To top it off the finance side sheesh my loan was transfered to another credit union due to the first one which was approved not disclosing they do not loan to residents out of state. That is not ideal and you could tell the sales member literally only wanted the sale, vs caring about quality service and rapport. Lastly, once I was financed the professionalism of them contacting me was not even average customer service, it was a text message here and there and message like good question i'll get back to you and days go by and crickets so I'd reach back out to get to the bottom of the finalization of the paperwork. It is not that I did not qualify as I was well over qualified, it was the lack of knowledge and customer service being the issue. So if you want a quick down and dirty sale go there if you want quality stay away! read more

Short version first, the service department has a lack of communication, customer service, possibly experience, and timeliness. At this point, the service department has had my machine longer than me. I bought it in June and required warranty work at 200 miles. They service department incorrectly put the warranty claim in, noticed 3 weeks later after multiple phone calls and an in person visit, no real apology made. After 3 more weeks, the warranty gets approved, and they somehow don't have the tools needed to do the job. Then, after completion, they didn't even call to tell us the work is done. After 2 months the machine is done and I've owned the machine for less than 3 months. The sales department was great and was the reason I probably got most of my answers to what was going on. read more

Wow the worst service experience I've ever had, I took my bike in to have the carburetors rebuilt. I waited patiently for 2 weeks and called to find out what was happening with the bike. I was passed around on phone tag for 20 minutes until I got to the right guy. Only to find out they needed to order the mid jets and it would be another couple weeks, just to find out after waiting again they couldn't find or order the mid jets. Finally I went to pick it up and it wouldn't even run on one of the cylinders, I went back and asked if they would be willing to talk about the bill because I didn't think I should have to pay for the full bill since the job was never completed correctly. The service department came up with 6 different reasons why it wasn't any thing they did. They offered to check compression of the cylinder, I didn't think I wanted to trust them any longer. I brought the bike home and I found the spark plug wire wasn't pushed onto the plug and after I checked compression my self it seems to run worse than before I took it in. I did notice they put up a sign that said they no longer work on bikes older than 2002, maybe that's just coincidental with the "repair" of my bike. Bottom Line if you can't stop in on a daily basis and you aren't buddies with some one there don't expect good service!!!!! read more

Obvious these people are not up to date on many types of machines. They have many types they will try to sell you, that they know nothing about. In their ignorance, they didn't even realize they were insulting a person that was about to take, what has to be a slow moving item, off their hands for the price they were asking. They are not even smart enough to take money when someone is handing it to them. They are so caught up in the bait and switch; game; scam; dishonesty or whatever label you want to put on it, that they will waste hours of your time with no pay off for them. They did not end up with any of my money, which I had with me in my pocket, but it is a few hours of my life I will not get back. If you have a toilet to clean, or laundry to do, maybe some paint to watch dry, it would be time better spent than talking with these people. Of course, if you are into someone stealing your money while you are trying to give it to them, while they insult your intelligence, then by all means, go see these people. I am not here to judge, just to inform. A true friend would not let you go there, just saying. read more

We dropped off a dirt bike tire to be replaced . When we picked it, they put a new tube in the tire, which was not what we asked . The tire was greasy, prob from putting the tube in the tire. They didn't clean it up before giving it back. We asked them to put a new tire on the rim . The individual working in parts and service said he would send pictures of available tires to choose from. He did not text us pictures allowing us to choose what tire to be mounted to our rim . We had bad experience when it was Big Boys toys . The customer service has not changed from Big Boys toys . I won't even go into detail how the mechanics did not fix out rzr right the first time. We took the rzr back for warranty, did not fix it correctly the second time . We ended up taking our RZr to another mechanic 4-seasons power sports to put in a new motor . read more

Bought a brand new back tire from them and had them swap it out on the rim for the old one. Took our machine out and within the first 5 minutes of riding we had a complete flat. We weren't expecting professionals to do the job incorrectly the first time so we didn't plan ahead for an inconvenience like this, so we drove 5 hours to Moab to not even be able to ride our machines. When I called to talk to them about it, Larry came at me with attitude and clearly didn't seem to care about the situation we were in, and even asked me to just bring the tire in right then and there, even though I told him we were in Moab. Very disappointed in Big Boys Toys.. No class at all. Hope they (especially KC) can wise up.

I called them because I needed a part for my suzuki. They said had it in stock. I was really glad. I paid by phone and had a friend drive up from Murray to pick it up for me. The wrong part! So I had to drive back up there and see if they had the correct part so I could switch them. Like the other reviews no ackowledgement. I went up to the guy at the parts counter and explained the situation. He called over another guy who turned out to be the fellow I originally talked to. He pointed at the list of bikes my part was supposed to fit and said, see it fits a VT800 or something like that that. I said I don't know what that VT means but mine is an 800. He said isn't your bike a Kawasaki? I said no it's a Suzuki. No compensating me for 2-100 mile round trips, not even an apology! In fact he took my receipt and threw it in the garbage. The young man helping me had to go retrieve it. I like keeping receips and especially when I return something. I cant see myself going back there anytime soon. read more

After walking around for ten minutes without being acknowledged, I realized I better hunt someone down for service. Saw someone at the service counter and walked over and asked him how he was doing, hoping he'd ask what I was looking for, No Dice! so I told him I was looking for tires he asked what kind? I said I'm not sure thats why I'm here, and asked him if he could show me some, then he asked what they were for, I told him I wanted a more streetable tire for my Yamaha yxz1000r. Now, get this, he looks at me with a straight face had says we don't have anything for a Yamaha. What a idiot! I suppose If I took my Ford to a Chevy dealership they'd say sorry we don't have Ford tires? Bottom line don't waste your time in this place What a joke. read more
