Been coming here for years. Its usually a 90 mile round trip for me and I pass several other shops…read moreto come to Kelly. He has always taken the time to answer my dumb questions and always provides several choices and opinions, if I'm looking at gear, and if it's a service or repair, we have a pretty in depth conversation of what to expect in both price and outcome. It's very difficult to find an honest, knowledgeable shop. Trackstar has that in spades

If you arent a racer then you should expect to be put at the back of the line when trying to have…read morerepairs or work performed here. I have had years of experience when it comes to customer service, and I am not impressed with this facility at all. My bike was their 2 months and in those two months I never got a call about what they were doing or if my bike was even being worked on, I always had to call for an update. Then on my last call the owner said my bike will be ready to pick up the next day and that they performed all the work that I asked. Prior to arriving to pick up my bike I was never told all the work wasn't done until I had paid and was getting ready to push my bike out of the shop. Frustrated, upset, and feeling completely mislead and taken advantage of, I called the shop after getting home to ask why the work wasn't completed and with a very unprofessional tone and attitude I was told that "because I wouldn't stop calling and kept bugging them for an update" is why they didn't finish the repair, which sucks because I still paid as if the repair was complete. The icing on the cake was when Ryan told me I could bring my bike back to have them work on it more after I had already loaded and unloaded my bike at home.. Sorry but not sorry to leave a negative review, you had a chance to make it right and blew it! never calling even once, or by not being honest with me prior to me paying and picking up my bike. Even with the referral of a very good friend who has been doing business with this shop for years, I cannot and will not refer anyone to this business ever again

[UPDATE]: I am updating this review to highlight the Customer Relations Manager, Dennis King. After…read moremy initial frustrating experience with a snapped tensioner bolt on my 4Runner, Dennis reached out directly to help make things right. He was professional, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to provide a fair resolution so I could get the required replacement parts. While the initial service issue was disappointing, I really appreciate Dennis stepping up, taking accountability, and providing excellent customer service on the back end to resolve the situation. ---original --- I brought my 1999 4Runner to Tony Divino Toyota in Riverdale for a complete top-end engine rebuild in March 2024. I specifically chose a certified Toyota dealership and paid roughly $3,400 because I wanted the peace of mind that comes with OEM parts and factory-trained technicians. Fast forward to August 2026. Only 13,000 miles after their rebuild, my vehicle completely lost power while driving down the road. I pulled the timing cover to find that the "OEM" timing belt they installed had completely shredded. An OEM Toyota timing belt is engineered to last 90,000 miles. A catastrophic failure at a mere 13,000 miles points directly to a defective component being used or incredibly poor workmanship during installation. When I called the service department to discuss this extreme premature failure, they immediately hid behind their standard 12-month warranty policy and were incredibly rude on the phone. They refused to stand behind the Toyota name, their labor, or the parts they installed. I am now forced to tear down the front of the engine myself to uncover exactly what went wrong. If you are looking for a dealership that stands behind its work, installs reliable parts, and treats loyal customers with respect, look elsewhere. I deeply regret trusting them with my vehicle.
