I paid nearly $700 for the part and replacement on my existing fridge. Long story short.... The new cooling element was damaged while being installed. I had a vacation coming up that was prepaid at 3 different RV Camps in Southern Utah, for 2 nights at each, for my unit and my neighbor also had a space for their trailer. There was still a few weeks for them to fix my fridge. Well.... The fridge didn't get fixed. They had it for 2 MONTHS, and I still don't have a fridge. I couldn't get full reimbursement from the RV Parks, so I am now out an additional $550+ for a vacation that I cannot go on. Now, Scott (the owner) has a plan. He will install a new fridge to make up for it and reimburse my RV Park losses. Fast forward another 3 weeks+.... I have a used fridge that was forced into the hole virtually springing the cabinet open, and a half inch gap above the fridge. There are 7 mounting screws in the freezer. One is at an angle, 2 others are tight and four can be turned with a fingernail. I have lost the nearly $700 paid for a cooling element that would have had a 3 year warranty, and have a used fridge (missing the top trim of BOTH doors) with no warranty, no reimbursements for a missed vacation, and a refusal to finish the installation because I called their work "pathetic". Nearly 3 months to repair an RV fridge.... and Scott is upset because I have an "attitude".

I stopped by Wilson Used Cars Thursday late afternoon, and my wife walked the lot for 30 minutes and nobody came out to greet us. We thought about going to the new car lot but decided if they didn't have time for us @ one lot why would it be different. We try to see him on Saturday, but didn't get responses, came into town, got a message just prior to our arrival, We decided after three different poor experiences here with different dealerships in the valley, we decided to try in Salt Lake City. Here is what I expected: be treated like a valued customer (I mean I'm wasn't going to spend a lot of money but work with me). Just because I wasn't going to buy a $60,000 car treat me like I was. Take the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Give me options. Don't expect me to pay MSRP. Two of the three dealerships here, must be doing well enough to gouge customers and have customers pay full price but I didn't. The third, could not be bothered because we wondered the lot for 30 minutes and not one salesperson came out to talk to us. Personally, I've been a customer of Lee's Marine for probably 20 years, both personally and through my work for the State Of Utah where we had multiple boats. Lee, and his son, Blake, are THEE most honest and genuine people you could ever hope to meet. They will take the time to explain how to do things for yourself when they could easily take your money for their labor. I highly doubt any other marine dealer would do that! When Lee or Blake work on things, they do it right the first time and their top-notch service makes you want to return. I know people who live in SLC and would rather make the drive up to Hyrum (well over 1.5 hrs each way!) than to trust other marine mechanics who are much closer.
