I paid nearly $700 for the part and replacement on my existing fridge. Long story short.... The new cooling element was damaged while being installed. I had a vacation coming up that was prepaid at 3 different RV Camps in Southern Utah, for 2 nights at each, for my unit and my neighbor also had a space for their trailer. There was still a few weeks for them to fix my fridge. Well.... The fridge didn't get fixed. They had it for 2 MONTHS, and I still don't have a fridge. I couldn't get full reimbursement from the RV Parks, so I am now out an additional $550+ for a vacation that I cannot go on. Now, Scott (the owner) has a plan. Nearly 3 months to repair an RV fridge.... and Scott is upset because I have an "attitude".

We reached out several times to schedule a time for them to finish the work. Left several voicemails and went through their online scheduler to try to get this done for months. They refuse to even contact us back. I mean they already got paid so why would they have the integrity to get the work done. I would avoid this company at all costs.
